Alex has very good integrity. I often communicate with other pest control companies to take care of people with wildlife problems outside of the typical pest services offered by most companies, and it has been a pleasure getting to know Alex. I believe he is worthy of the trust his customers put in him.

I'm not sure if it's this location exactly, but I am highly dissatisfied with the level of service from this company. The inspection went well. I was told that the tech would come on the 5th of February between 9-5, and now here it is the 7th, and no one has shown up, or called to reschedule the extermination. I have a relative who is in hospice care, and had to go to post acute care in preparation for the service, which is not an easy process. (Transportation, pain management, costs.) For us to do all of that, and have no one show up to work is very stressful. Now here it is two days later. A room full of black bags, no extermination, and the process must start all over again. Bad time for my family, and this company's lack of professionalism did not help, and was a waste of time. Update: Thanks for correcting my use of the word fumigation. Please let your tech's know that it's not called that. SMH.

I had a originally called another company for service whom were very nice on the phone. The service manager came out the next day to talk about what type of pests control I needed and he gave me some really great numbers that sounded like a good deal. But, when the time came he couldn't schedule service for 3 wks. . Could only do so many units a day (3) , didn't have the equipment and couldn't answer simple questions. Worst of all; hidden cost that he did not say anything about the first day we spoke.The next day I called Az Heat Pest Control and spoke with Robert he came out the same day, had all 48 units scheduled for inspection in a 3 day time period and no hidden cost anywhere. When I asked him any question he knew what he was talking about ,and was very detailed.We will definitely be using them again for our 6 months pest control inspections and any other pest issues we have in the future.

Always call ahead of time, always show up on time, never have a bug problem inside or out.

Frontino is great. We use their services for quarterly pest extermination and prevention to keep the bugs at bay. Jake recently serviced our home. He was responsive, punctual, friendly and thorough.

I can't speak highly enough about this company. David spoke to me for about a half hour on the phone explaining the rationale behind how my particular issues should be approached. He not only made sure I understood what we were doing, but also looked up my property on the county assessor's website and found information I didn't even know was available. Some of it wasn't in his financial interest to provide, but he made sure that my outcome was as positive as possible, whether it benefitted his bottom line or not. I will use this company for my pest control services moving forward and have recommended to friends and family. Thank you!

Russell Pest Control has been wonderful since before we even moved into our home! They’re caring and attentive, always acknowledging and addressing my concerns about scorpions and prevention. As an out of state colleague of EcoForce, I would define them as very helpful, professional, and trust worthy. I personally use EcoForce heaters myself and they are great. They are a great alternative to the overpriced Quest, Temp-Air, or similar systems. Catch you guys at the next conference!
