Had issues starting 2 years ago with squirrels and mice in the crawl space between the ceiling and roof. A friend recommended Serenity Pest Solutions. I never had pest problems in the past and assumed someone would show up, drop a few traps and come back to check them at some time. Wasn’t expecting much.

I was extremely pleased to see that Justin had a detailed strategy to rid my home of pests. He used bait, traps and cameras to identify and remove the rodents.

After eradication, he used his construction experience to patch all the cracks and crevices in the roof to prevent re-entry.

Have not experienced any problems in well over a year. No more spiders and scorpions either.

Justin has excellent communication skills and always coordinates monthly follow-up maintenance appointments as well as giving an in depth explanation of the pest removal process.

After wasting time and money with other companies, we hired Jason. He is THE RAT WHISPERER. He found where they were gaining entry into the crawl space without a smoke test. We caught the large mother right where he found the break in the pipe. Handyman fixed the break and drywall. Problem solved. This guy is amazing!! Also cost less than other companies.

Adam was great!! Not only did he fulfill his maintenance plan but he came out and additional time when needed. He was cordial, professional and all around great guy. I will recommend him to anyone.

Called and talked to a very nice lady told her my what was going on and she then gave me a few different prices. I told her that I was a single mom on a fixed income with a child and a elderly mother. She then told me her tech was pretty clear today and would have him give me a call. She told me that the home inspection was free with no obligation and then he would determine what need to be done and at that point he would quote me the prices. She told me for just one room could be as high as 500 and 1500 based on the size of the house. I thanked her and was pleased with the service she provided but when the tech called everything then changed. I live in San tan valley and told her this so then the tech asked me if I was going to get the service done today told him that I wanted the inspection first to see what needed to be done as the holidays are just around the corner and could not afford 1500 to 1700 hundred today. Then I had told him about the conversation with the young lady and he replied with no the inspection is 90 dollars as I have to drive to San tan I told him that is not what was told to me on the phone and then proceeded to say I wasn't going to find anyone cheaper and that they would not quote me the right prices. Which I found to be very professional. And if I was to get chemical treatment the would charge me for everytime they had to come back and would still not get rid of the problem. I caution anyone please shop around get all the information you can along with pricing from several different companies. Just because one company is a little less expensive doesn't make them a bad company and of course if your rich which I'm not by all means hire them this is just my experience with this company and they never even made it to my house.

They are promptly responsive, and I appreciate the knowledge they shared with me in regards to the critters. Every person I've encountered has been completely professional and wonderful to speak with. They definitely care about your critter concerns. I highly recommend Aptiive Environmental.

This morning, while doing yard work, I found a wasps nest. Not thinking I called the first company that came up on Google. Mountain View Pest Control!! HUGE MISTAKE!!! The technician arrived within 1 hour. He removed the nest and told me he would walk my property to be sure there were no other nests. He found two small mud wasp nests on the frame of a window and removed them. Once the removal was complete he presented me with a bill of $450 for the first nest and $250 for each mud wasp nest for a total of $995. I almost had a heart attack. I never thought nor did he say there would be an additional charge of $250 for each nest he found. He just stood there and would not leave until I gave him a credit card. When I said no he handed me the phone and told me to take it up with the owner. Ahhhhh Horrible experience.

I called A.S.A.P. mid-afternoon and I talked to Leighton who told me he would come over when he was done with his last appointment and take a look at what MVPC had done or not done. I could tell he was tired but took the time to help me. AT NO CHARGE, he walked my property and found two additional nests that were and obvious as could be. MVPC had removed the first nest but did not spray residual chemicals to keep the others from returning and setting up camp again. Leighton took care of this. Then he saw that MVPC left parts of the previous nest, casings ect... that would attract the wasps back, and took care of that.

As a professional in multi housing who has been in the industry for 8 years I’m appalled at the pure lack of customer service and lack of honesty. I took my property over 5 months ago! Have never had this company on my property since I have been here. I received warranty renewal bills in the mail, I called in and informed them we will not need any warranty, we have another company in place and please void all actions moving forward. Today I receive a bill via email for an inspection(that was forwarded to me from the previous manager) When I call in and inform it was unauthorized and we will not be paying.... I get the run around of who did you talk to, and it was scheduled yesterday. When asked by who it was approved, she says my assistant. My assistant and leasing are in my office and at the time who say they informed them we no longer use them and did not want to schedule an appointment and on top of that, the individual spoken with was not my assistant but a leasing agent who is not able to approve any services. The woman from the office proceeded to call my phone back after the original call, with poor attitude, customer service, And continued to talk over me. Purely to try and make a point to justify and figure out who “approved it” when they were in the wrong and should have never even called my office In the first place, given they were informed days prior we would no longer need or use their services. I will never use or suggest this company just based on the way they operate their business.

Cheapest quotes in town compared to other companies that I called. Excellent Customer Service & Friendly Staff. I will definitely recommend Phoenix Pest & Termite Control for all Pest & Termite issues.
