Where do I begin? The incredible professionalism was immediately obvious. The down to earth friendly sales person was thoroughly informed and quick to answer my questions. My bi-monthly service has been timely and very effective in eliminating unwanted pests. I've appreciated the phone call reminder the day before and also the on-line receipts make things operate smoothly. Overall I have been fully satisfied with Watts Pest Prevention.

AMAZING!!!! I use this company for 4 of my properties AND my moms and sisters house. Absolutely amazing! They are quick to respond and come in a timely matter. Then they listen to you and what is going on with your issue and address that immediately followed by general pest control.
My last pest company would only spray the outside of the house and I would still see bugs. This company sprays inside and out, leaves additional pesticides in areas where we see the most issues. I live in an older area and have a roach problem, after I hired this company (2 yrs) ago, haven’t seen a single roach or other bugs.

Spotty customer service and communication. Asked them to spray the backyard and they did not, on SEVERAL occasions.

They said my termite treatment came with a 5 year warranty...great right. Well a year later I get a $250 bill for my termite warranty coverage. They never mentioned it cost anything to keep the warranty. After several bills and several phone calls later I finally just tell them to get their rented property out and cancel my warranty. So they finally did. They said they canceled it over the phone, they removed their product, I received a receipt that it was removed figured it was finally all done, 3 weeks later I get another bill for $250! I'm so livid. These people are crooks and super annoying.

Great people and service, extremely reasonable pricing and proficient at what they do. Solved our problem in no time and could have charged us a lot more for repeat visits but told us we could handle it ourselves and save money. I chose them from these reviews and highly recommend this company. They did NOT ask me to write a review, I think we should take the time to post the positive stuff and not just bother to write the awful reviews for bad service.

I highly recommend Bug Science! We had excellent service from the first call I made to the actual inspection and service! Adam and his team are so professional and knowledgeable! I appreciate the up front, honest, and reasonable pricing and the attention to detail! Adam really took his time inspecting and answered all our questions! He really put me at ease (especially since I freak out over seeing bugs) The next day I was surprised to get a call from the office to see how everything was going!! WOW!! What a caring company.. something you don’t see much of anymore!!

Jonathan has provided excellent and quality service. I’ve been using his services for at least a year and have not had one issue since. The best thing, no bugs crawling around in my house which makes me super happy and confident in his work. He is also always very friendly, professional and timely. I have referred him to family and friends whenever I can
