I have used City Wide for many years, after my parents referred me. Our “Bug Guy Dave”, as my little girl calls him, has always kept our homes pest free and is incredibly reliable. He texts the night before to remind us what time he’ll arrive the next day, and we look forward to seeing him because he’s so personable, always has a smile on his face, and is an expert when it comes to identifying and keeping out the pests we don’t want in or around our house. The level of customer service Dave provides is rare and very much appreciated.

Communication and courtesy make me loyal to a company. Brandin, the owner, came by after I purchased my home and took the time to introduce himself and his company. It makes me happy to see good local businesses thriving and Brandin did a great job! When he comes by to spray, he takes the time explain what he will be doing and then follows up with what to expect and anything he may have come across. He is punctual, professional, and seems like a very nice person. I will definitely continue using Frontino’s services.

Greenway Pest Solutions is great! They offer the same service I was getting with my previous pest control company plus some great extras for the same price. An offer I can't refuse. The tech was courteous and very thorough and I'm looking forward to great future service as well. Be aware that there is a contract involved, which some companies do not have, but with service on this level I don't plan to go anywhere!

We have been using Green Organics for 5+ years and have never had any problems with pests. We have small children and pets and I was worried about scorpions when we moved out of the heart of Phoenix into a more rural area. Green Organics has been servicing our current home since day one and we have not had any issues with scorpions or bugs. They are readily available to answer questions and address concerns. Highly recommend.

Made an appointment for the afternoon which they said was fine only to call the next day and switch it for the earliest time possible. If you work a normal job don't use this company because they have no consideration of your schedule. The guy Jason only spent maybe 10minutes here. He only did the outside as I couldn't have him come inside and spray because my roommates were sleeping. He only did half the backyard. Then he told me that if it didn't work then to call on Monday and they would set a later time for next week when the person I called on the phone said there was no later avalible times for up to 2 weeks. They said they called everytime and texted for a week but I had to contact them myself because they didn't have the correct information and even after I verified multiple times my contact information, they called me by the wrong name. Overall their agenda is for them and they don't care about your needs or when you are busy or not. Jason said he didn't see not one ant, but that is because he didn't go around to the whole yard, wore sunglasses, and sprayed for maybe 5 minutes and was there a total of 10 minutes. Not happy and not a good way to start my day.

The only one I’m calling for my pest solutions from now on!

Russell Pest Control has been wonderful since before we even moved into our home! They’re caring and attentive, always acknowledging and addressing my concerns about scorpions and prevention. We just had the house sealed and they were very thorough. Hoping to keep those nasty critters away from our house this summer! They have been servicing our home for years before we moved in, and we look forward to using them for years to come!

These guys are the best. Devon is so nice and does such a great job. Heather is always available to get us scheduled when needed and when we heard something in our walls she got us scheduled right away for an inspection. I'm truly thankful for Bug Science and my home is pest free because of them. I highly recommend them if you are needing pest control.

Crooks cheaters very unethical company

EcoForce is very professional and discreet, no bedbug pictures or names plastered on their trucks. I called and they came out and gave me reasonable options. Another company I called wanted me to wait for in inspection because I had just recently returned from a trip out to town, which is where I believe I brought the bedbugs home, because they said it would be too early to tell if I had an infestation. I am so glad that EcoForce understood that I wanted to hear options that would prevent an all out infestation. The best solution for my case was the heat treatment. Ryan was very professional, friendly and knowleagble and I am so glad that I called. My situation has been resolved and now I have Peace of Mind! Thanks Ryan!

This company is amazing! They are so detail oriented and friendly. They are willing to answer questions and do exactly what you want for your service. They are always on time and they do a great job. I haven’t had any problems with pests since we started with them!
