I have really enjoyed the quality of service we have received from City Wide Pest Control. We were really unhappy with our last Pest Control company and really not sure what to expect when we switched companies. Andrew our service Tech came and explained everything to us and made sure we had no questions. He wanted to make sure what are problems were so he could tend to all of them. He was very knowledgeable and kind. Every person I have dealt with either by phone or in person makes you feel how important you are to their company. I would recommend this company to everyone I know. Thank you for your quality service.

Russell Pest Control has been our exterminator for over 20 years.The owner is a great person. He is attentive, personable and friendly in any exchange we have via text or phone conversations. If we ever have an issue with odd bug activity (usually ant mounds outside once or twice during the summer), I just text him and he has the bug guys check out the areas and take care of it. The employees are professional and friendly and are always dressed in uniform. We highly recommend Russel Pest Control!

We are so thankful for Adam and the other amazing bug guys at AZ Bugscience! We had found a few ticks and Adam got right to it and we continued with general inspection ever since and we never have issues which is a lifesaver during scorpion season! We haven’t found a live scorpion in our house since he started treating our house! He also is extremely dog friendly, our rescue dog who is afraid of a most people, LOVES him. He always took the time to explain things and had great customer service. His guys that works for him are always kind and proficient as well! Highly recommend.

Update: Northwest Exterminating has bought out Contractors. So far the new company has not performed as well. We got notice one day before the contractor was scheduled to come, and then did not show up to perform the pest control service. We're rescheduled for next week, so we'll see what happens. This office staff is not as polite and professional as Vic with Contractors was.

This is the company our home builder used for the initial termite and pest control. We contacted them when we moved in because we noticed little bugs everywhere and have signed up with an annual agreement.

Since we began service with them in May 2020 we've only had two live bugs, the rest we've encountered have been dead, which means it's working.

They contact us prior to coming out so we have the opportunity to change our standing appointment if necessary and just bill the credit card we have on file. Very low maintenance for us.

The staff have always been professional and courteous anytime we've had to contact someone. Mike or Jake always performs the service and is very friendly, respectful and courteous.

I would wholeheartedly recommend Contractors Pest Control.

The crew was fantastic. They arrived on time, and took their time to fully explain to me the problem I have (pigeons nesting underneath my solar panels) and how best to handle the situation. I was fully informed every step of the way. Derek was fantastic, and so was his colleague (his name temporarily escapes me). The work was perfectly done. The crew were very courteous and professional through out. They even offered to come back a few times for free to further inspect the panels if needed. The pricing was very reasonable. I strongly recommend them.

Had a termite infestation in 2014. They did a professional job. Had a small problem a year later.. .they fixed it no charge, no problem.
Received an invoice recently (Sept.) to renew my warranty for another year that would be due mid-October That reminded me I hadn't had a warranty inspection since 2015. Called to schedule an inspection and was told a 'tech' wasn't available until 4 days after my renewal was due,
and could only be done if my warranty was in force. I thought that was
a pretty shady way to make sure I renewed my warranty.

Update: In fairness to the Company, the owner, (after seeing my review), contacted me in person. He explained I should have been told they would extend my current warranty long enough to do the inspection under my current warranty period. He apologized for for the misunderstanding.

Thank you so much for helping me with my bird nesting problem on my patio. Last spring I was at my wit's end fighting 3 and 4 times a day, every single day, to keep the birds from nesting on top of my roll-a-shields, not to mention the mess they were making on my patio with the nesting material. You found a solution that not only works but the appearance is also neatly done at a very reasonable price. Thank you, so much.

Pest Control: On time, respectful, polite and best of all they keep my house scorpion and spider free!
Termite: Super professional, they did a great job, no mess, came in at estimate. What more could I want? Termite insurance so those little jerks can't come back? They got me covered there, too! :-)

I never write negative reviews but now I think I have to protect other consumers. Pauls Pest Control was recommended to me by my hard wood floor installer. When my wood installer was prepping the house, they saw termites and told me to call Pauls Pest Control. Paul is a relative of this wood installer. Pauls pest control people come out and checked my entire home, drilled holes and put in what they said was their the best termite control product inside and outside and gave me a warranty. One year later, My beautiful new wood floors were buckling and lifting from hundreds of termites. Pauls men came out and treated those areas. I called again a few months later when I saw more damage on the floors and the front door was splitting. They treated a small area of the wood but they wouldn't treat my front door because my husband used Raid to temporally get rid of them. It was obvious that the Raid was a quick fix because you could see the damage, but they still refused to treat for termites.

Now, a few months later when I saw more even more termite damage on my wood floors, I asked Paul, the owner, to come to my house and and make a plan to get rid of termites before I put the wood down again. He promised to call me with a treatment plan. He never called, even after I left a message. Now, 2 months months later, the front door is ruined from termites.

I would say Pauls and his Pauls Pest Control didn't honor their warranty or his promise to me. Be very careful who you use. Get a referral from friends that have been happy.

I am writing this review because of Greg Brown, General Manager, of Phoenix Pest and Termite Control. Greg was extremely helpful, professional, polite, and knowledgeable!!! Greg helped rectify a customer service issue we had one day before his visit and was the epitome of professionalism!
