I found some termite tubes in the house and garage. Called Burns and they came out and took care of our problem. The technician was very professional and provided great service. He was also very informative. A couple months later I found some more termite activity, so I called Burns and without hesitating they got me back on the schedule for a retreat and took care of the problem. I recommend Burns to all my friends and family.

I've been happy with my insectek service, they've been helping eradicate German roaches from our home. I wasn't prepared for a one year commitment when I first signed up but after a few months I am relieve that the treatment is working. My only complaint is a minor one, but the tech is different each visit, so I feel like I'm having to give some kind of report or status update on the house when I don't really know what to say about it. Would be nice to feel like they are the ones telling ME the status of the house, since they are the experts and they are inspecting monthly. As it stands the team doesn't feel cohesive - the company as a whole should have a snapshot of my account/address each time they come so it feels consistent. Instead it seems like each tech has their own ways of doing things, and no one seems to be sure what the guy before him did. It seems strange to ask the client that information - who's to say I was here last month, or that I'm remembering correctly? Each tech has been very nice but the one who came out today has been my favorite as he really seemed to care about being professional and doing a good job. Didn't catch his name though

NO. Don't recommend. Poor inspection. Didn't look in hidden, less accessible locations. I still have the exact problem that I hired them to fix and they won't come to correct it unless I pay more money.

Very reliable, I always get a call a day or two before they are coming. I have used Ambassador for 6 years now. They cover the yard well and I never have bugs.

Russell Pest Control has been wonderful since before we even moved into our home! They’re caring and attentive, always acknowledging and addressing my concerns about scorpions and prevention. We just had the house sealed and they were very thorough. Hoping to keep those nasty critters away from our house this summer! They have been servicing our home for years before we moved in, and we look forward to using them for years to come!

We get treatment for scorpions and crickets mostly, as our house backs up to a preserve and scorpions are plentiful here. We have used Critter Tech for approximately 8 or 9 years now. They are extremely reliable, responsive, and most importantly thorough. Our technician, Jesse, comes every month, always on time and it’s nice to have the same person come every time, as he’s familiar with our issues and our property. They send reminder texts for our appointments, are very fair in their price structure, and we have been very happy with our service for years. I don’t give my business to people who haven’t done a good job, so the fact that we’ve been with them for so long when there are many pest control choices, says these guys are excellent. Highly recommended!

This company does a great job controlling scorpion population. They are reliable, their price is fair and the technicians are wonderful. James is great.

Ryan is amazing! He has treated our home for about a year now. He's one of the most honest people I've ever known. There have been plenty of times we have been willing to pay for one service or another that we were concerned might happen, but rather than take our money prematurely, or even un-necessarily, he's taken the time to educate us on why we may not need to worry about the things we had been concerned about.

He makes sure that after any service, he reminds us that if we see any recurrence of issues, we know to let him know right away and he will come back and take care of it under his guarantee policy.

Because of his honesty, integrity, prices and outstanding service; I now recommend him to my home buyers and sellers for their pest inspections and pest control needs, and they are all just as happy with this company as we are!

Now I see why they have bad reviews. Check out other review sites also for more negative stories, so you are in the know before you go to them.
I got with this company through my inspection guy when I was buying my new house-- so I didn't choose them, they came with the inspection guy that works with my realtor. The company did an initial pest control service since I had termites, and then when I needed a follow up, they didn't show up for their appointment. And I had waited days for it, and I was seeing pest droppings (!) and I work at an office (I go in, not work at home) and so when I schedule something with a company it is not easy and I expect a company to respect their appointments and my time, like I do theirs.
They didn't even schedule the appointment even though they told me they did. and then when they told me (the day of!) that no one was showing up, they asked for photos of the pest issue in my house so they could ask around to help me. I thought maybe they could redeem themselves by following up on that. So, I sent photos and they never wrote back.
Wow, just wow. Even though I have a one year warranty with them for termite service, I moved to another company altogether. I would rather pay a company that actually follows through and has more respect for me.
