We have been using Arizona Organic Pet Control for about 4 years. We had a terrible problem with crickets in and around our house. Since they have been treating our house we haven't had a problem. Colton is fantastic. He always calls before our appointment to ask if we are having any problems. He is very professional and courteous. I highly recommend them.

The little buggers hitched a ride into our guest room in a small zippered bag of dominoes about a year ago. I freaked and read up on them and followed all the recommendations to get rid of them. We thought they were gone but when they bit our grandson who just moved to Phoenix last week it was war! We called several exterminators but decided on Arizona Heat and it was a great choice. Austin patiently and reassuringly walked us through the many steps to ready the house. Their price seems consistent with other companies with similar services. He and Johnny arrived promptly and kept us informed of progress. He advised of what to expect in the coming weeks. We definitely recommend Arizona Heat. I was also touched by the fact that they have respect for life and only kill insects when necessary to make life bearable.

Jose Maldonado came to my home on Wednesday to take care of a large infestation of bees. He arrived earlier than was scheduled and was more than helpful and professional. He explained to me what he was planning to do and then what I should do to followup. I cannot say enough about his courtesy, helpfulness, and professionalism. He did a great job!

I recently moved into a new build home with lots of construction in the area stirring up pests. Primarily crickets and silver fish, but I also noticed A LOT of big ugly wolf and brown recluse spiders. With a crawling infant and a curious dog, this terrified me. Rove has been excellent and the rep who usually comes out and performs my treatments has gone above and beyond each time. Eric always makes sure we are not seeing any increased activity around the home. He even removed a GIANT spider that set up shop on my patio. I only tend to see more critters a day or two before my treatments are scheduled, which makes sense, and once the treatments are done, they stay away for nearly 3 MONTHS. Great value, great service. I'd recommend to anyone who needs to get their insect problems under control!
