Had some tiles move due to a storm. Called Scott Roofing and the dispatcher was beyond friendly a very helpful. They had estimator come out (John Johnson) and he went up to look at the damage. Came down about 15min later with the roof tiles moved back in place and the broken tiles repaired. He was the nicest guy and very friendly. He told me we were all good and what had happened. If a team was to come out it would be about $400 and was way beyond the help I needed. So he saves me so much time and money while being very friendly and helpful. I would recommend Scott roofing to anyone and everyone. Thank you so much for your help!

My first impression of Sheldon Murphy was very positive. He was quick to return my phone calls and he kept his appointments. I found him to be personable, knowledgeable and responsive to my individual needs.

Sheldon replaced flat rolled roofing on a room addition, and he reset a number of rake tiles on the main roof and replaced any of the cracked or broken tiles he found. His work was top-notch and so was the clean-up when he was finished. The price he gave me was very fair ... much lower than a quote I got from one of the big boys from Phoenix.

I'm almost eighty, and I really appreciate having found someone I can trust and rely on. I highly recommend Sheldon for jobs like mine, and I definitely will hire him again when I need a roofer.

I used Brown Roofing for some tile replacements and the owner himself came out the next day for a quote. The service was very fast and more honest then other roofers. I highly recommend them for roofing needs!

A representative from this company (Jack ) came to my house and despite my do not disturb sign rang my bell three times eventually waking me up.

When I asked this guy if he was soliciting something he started talking over me and trying to give his sales pitch.
I interrupted him and referenced my sign and the had the nerve to just keep talking over me as if I hadn't said anything.

Although Star Roofing performed our tear off and install seven years ago, we still remember their great customer service and quality of work. The team did a fantastic job on our home and our customer experience was first rate from quote to completion. We bid a large and varied project including roof repairs, painting, concrete repair, and a couple of other trades. They were the only company able to quote the entire bill of work, and was the most timely in both turning the bid around and adjusting line items to our taste.

Best commercial roofing company I have had the chance of working with. Will be using them again.

I recently used pinnacle roofing to replace he underlayments on my roof. The job itself appears to be well done, however they left a mess behind when they were done despite the contract stating that they were responsible for cleaning up all debris.

As background, I was scheduled to have our roof done in mid July, however pinnacle called me in late June to see if I’d be interested in having them come early. I was going to be on vacation was assured it was no problem as they did not need to access the house.

The mess started they day before I left for vacation which was the first day they started working. After work, I came home to find our pool filled with debris and nails that could’ve wrecked the pool cleaner. When I called pinnacle to explain the issue and my concern given that I’d be out of town, they told me that the pool should’ve been tarped and that they would take care of it.

I returned home from vacation after the job was complete. I immediately found ~10 large nails in the driveway that could’ve easily wrecked my truck tires. I also walked to the backyard to find all of our plants dead and the pool water dangerously low. I later discovered that the water to the house had been shut off while I was gone and not turned back on.

I called pinnacle about this and while they did come out to inspect the quality of the roof work itself, I received no apology for the nails or the water being turned off. Instead I was told that they didn’t turn the water off to the house and that it must have been someone else despite them being the only ones at the house that week. When I asked to be refunded for the $200 we paid to replace the dead plants, they would only credit $100 (this was a $12k project). Their lack of accountability to the sloppy cleanup job by their team makes me think this is a common experience with this crew. If I were to do this job again I would use a different company.

With the recent storms we had some tiles come off our house then started noticing a water spot form on the ceiling. We called Arizona Roofing and Ryan was out same day, he found the leak and other damage that would of caused more damage if it wasn’t taken care of. He also put a tarp on the roof to ensure we didn’t get further damage before they were able to replace the underpayment. He was very communicative and answered all my question. The owner Ramon was also here his crew is very professional and efficient. I highly recommend this company for all your roofing needs! A++
