We had Dwayne replace all the windows and doors in the back of our house (three large windows and two sliding doors), as our old windows let in tons of heat, especially in the summer. Dwayne came in, explained all of our options in a clear way, and quoted a price way lower than we expected for such a large job! He was professional, informative, and helpful throughout the process, and the windows look amazing! Best of all, our house is cooler than it's ever been! I was impressed with each of the representatives that worked on my roof issue. They were polite and very respectful of my home and my time from the initial salesperson all the way down to the roofing team that installed the roof. They met with me and answered all my questions and explained what the process would involve and how long it would take and what to expect. This was important to me as I had never filed a claim before. They met with my insurance company representative when he came out for his inspecton. The installation date was set and done on time.

I would like to thank the owner for his friendly and professional service to me recently. He was able to get me an appointment soon , he stayed on top of everything until owner arrived at my house on time , He was reliable and did a though survey of my issue on my roof. When he wasn't able to find where the leak was coming from he offer to come back out while it was raining to be able to detect where the issue was. I find the Contractor to be a great help with everything and she is a real asset to this roofing company along with the crew. I would highly recommend using this company if you have a roof issue.
