I needed to do a complete tear off and reset of my 30 year old roof and didn't really know where to start. I had one company come out who wanted to install a synthetic underlayment. Craig came out and bid the project and was very informative. He explained a lot to me, helped me understand what I was getting and why, and helped me choose the double felt underlayment instead. Craig told me to get 3 bids and let me know he wouldn't be the cheapest (but he wouldn't be the most expensive). I went with Brown because I felt more confident working directly with the company owner than a sales person-- I felt Craig knew what he was talking about, had good reviews, and didn't try to oversell me on his company. His crew arrived on time every day. They completed the job on time (save a delay in final paint finishing because of rain) and cleaned up really well. (I had no idea how much debris was involved!) Craig took the time to answer my questions and make sure I was informed on the project. I am very pleased with the product and the experience and I highly recommend Brown Roofing.

We didn't have a very big job- but of all the roofing companies we called, Ky-Ko was the most responsive and thorough with their initial look over and quote. They kept in touch while trying to source the correct tiles to match ours and their final work was very detailed and solid. The people who came out were very nice and efficient as well. Would use them again and also recommend highly.

Lyons replaced our roof in 2016 and were quick to respond to requests for repairs in 2018 and 2020. We had one lingering issue that required several phone calls, but I am satisfied overall with their commitment to getting it right.

Called a bunch of roofing companies and got multiple estimates. By far America Roofing was the most knowledgeable and experienced out of all of them. You can tell that Jason (the guy that came out) was highly experienced in roofing, honest and very upfront about everything. This was a Fantastic experience from start to finish. We had several roofing companies come out to give us estimates and tried to talk us into their more expensive products and time frames were 9-12 weeks. We got in touch with Castiler Roofing and spoke with Alex who pulled satellite as we were on the phone and was able to look at our patio roof and give me a real time quote on the phone. He let me know they could have this done in one day and that it would be a week out and he would call me. He followed up with pictures of a similar home/job they did and called me the day he said he would to tell me that his guys would be out the next day. Yonathan and his crew showed up, got their materials, and got everything done. They were unbelievably professional and explained what they were doing, made recommendations for what really needed to be done and worked the entire day getting everything done. It was a GREAT job, exactly what we needed, and the guys cleaned everything before they left. Alex and Yonathan were both very knowledgeable, professional, and did exactly what they said they were going to do. They really listened to what I was asking them for and delivered. The next day after working with Alex was amazing getting our roof inspection report and invoices. I would recommend this company hands down and plan on working with them in the future.

If you are looking to have your roof serviced or, in my case, replaced then look no further than Stapleton Roofing. After interviewing 4 different roof contractors, I was blown away by what was offered from Stapleton. But before you pass judgement that I might not be qualified, here is my story.
Everyone in Phoenix remembers the hail storm of 2010 and the damage it left in its wake. We did the wrong thing and hired a company based on price alone - HUGE mistake. I had more leaks with that roof done by an inferior company.
Additionally, I have a neighbor with a birdseed block who feeds birds that like to roost on MY roof. Those birds poked holes throughout my roof, too. You can't pick your neighbors but you can pick roofing companies with solutions for the problems.
After 4 kitchen pans for drips, a huge hole in the ceiling in our master bedroom to a CRAZY leak and bird holes everywhere, I did the search.
It is rare to find good trades and even more rare to find ethical trades. Stapleton actually listened to my issues and did not give me a standard answer that the other roof contractors provided. And they did everything they said they would do.
I felt the contract was a good value but what I learned is you NEVER want to take shortcuts with a roof - I learned that the hard way.
In summary, Stapleton Roofing is awesome and you'll like the results.

I have to give a great shout out to Reimagine Roofing in Southern California. They did a fantastic job on our terracotta tile roof for our solar panel install with LA Solar. Super clean work. They showed up for the install and in just a single afternoon, the tile removal, underlayment, and shingles went up. Then they came back to set the tile and placed the tiles perfectly to integrate with the new solar panels. They photographed and documented their progress every step of the way that's visible to their sharing portal. Afterwards, the site was cleaned up and left spotless. I think these guys are meticulous, efficient, and through. It says a lot when a firm keeps great records of their work in progress and the results.

The crew was very clean and professional, kept my yard/pool super clean and picked up after themselves which I really appreciated! I ask them to kindly to be careful with a camera cable and they did not unplug, instead worked around it without damaging and I was very thankful for that.
