This roofing company was one the most professional contractors I have ever hired. The communication was outstanding and the work was completed on time. Very pleased with the end result of their work.

Just had more than a dozen roof tiles replaced by Allstate Roofing , Inc.. The work was done properly, on time, and consistent with the estimate for the work. After a week of chasing unresponsive roofers with multiple excuses about the cost and timing to get the work done, we were fortunate to have contacted Allstate Roofing. Working with Allstate Roofing was refreshing and stress free. Beginning with the first call to get an estimate and schedule the work, things went smoothly and timely. I would not hesitate to work with them again in the future.

May 3rd 2021 underlayment was replaced . Browns crew work well together. The yard was clean at the end of the day.. Effort was made to keep my gate closed so the dog did not get out.
They painted the eves and any replacement boards at no extra charge. Had to supply the paint. My drive way was cleaned for oil.
From start to finish it was a great experience working with Browns team.

I am in the process of purchasing a townhouse, have an accepted offer, and are in the process of doing inspections. I called KY-KO to see if they could come out to do an Inspections Report/Estimate of Repairs that would need to be done, so I could provide this to the sellers. This is something my Realtor said could be done, but when I spoke with Randi (their scheduling person) she was extremely rude and short with me. It honestly seemed like she was annoyed by my questions and then she started to put up road blocks, to simply having someone come out to do an estimate, so we could provide documentation to our seller. I am not sure what this company's philosophy is, but customer support and obtainment is not one of them. Randi was rude and extremely unhelpful.

I would not recommend this company for the reason they are completely unprofessional. I signed up for roof repair back in early November and was told the work would be done in 3-4 weeks. They did not even call within 3-4 weeks to schedule the service at which point they scheduled it 7 weeks from when I signed up and gave them my deposit. I was scheduled for this Thursday and then they pushed it out again another week. Not once did I tell them I needed the work done by a date. They continue to miss the date they provided. It's beyond frustrating as I have other services schedule to follow the work they do. 100% unprofessional. There is zero reason to treat a customer like this. Is my job getting pushed out because it's not as big of a job as other jobs ? If that's the case, just have a minimum job cost that you're willing to take on rather than treat people like this. I don't know if their quality is good because I haven't had the work done, but going to look to find another company.

Had a house inspection need to get some tiles fixed quickly. I called them explaining my situation they came out as soon as possible and fix the problem probably. Thank you for the professionalism.

Excellent service and excellent work. Kevin came on site during our new home inspection period to give us a no-fee estimate, which seems to be rare these days.
After some delays closing on the home, Melissa worked quickly with us to schedule the date of installation. They were very accommodating to take a deposit from the title company to get us on the schedule.
Communication was beyond excellent via email and phone calls. I would highly recommend Almeida Roofing for any roofing needs and will happily recommend them in the future.

We have a one year old girl and they even managed to work around her room during her sleeping hours. They sent progress photos each day which is above and beyond your typical service. I had a few estimates before committing and I can also say that their prices are extremely fair. Clyde came to our company to gain our business. We manage 400 single-family homes throughout the valley. We gave him two work orders. One is over a month old and we still don't have an invoice although they claim the job is complete. The roof is still leaking and they say it is not on them because there are holes in the metal stacks. (So as a roofer I guess they won't do all of the roofing repairs - metal stacks in a roof are someone else's job???) Could have told us that a month ago so we could have avoided further secondary damage to this home for the owner and major inconvenience to our tenant.
Second job we gave them is still leaking with each rain. 16 days and counting waiting for a bid. We are reassigning the work order and will not use this company again.

We have a new Pulte home with roofing by Diversified. Last night when the storm came through our house got hit by a microburst (felt and sounded like a freight train, in fact it was so disturbing, we stood under a doorway). Although Pulte wouldn't warranty it (no harm in trying) Diversified came right out and fixed all the damage within three hours of the initial call. The workmen were kind, clean and thorough. In these times (Covid-19) it is nice to have this level of service.

I recently purchased a home, whose previous owner had a new roof put on by a different contractor only two years prior. During the purchase period, the home inspection determined that the chimney flashing was not sound and some moisture was entering the attic space. My attempts at having the original contractor correct the work in a timely manner was to no avail. I did some research and contacted Imperial. The owner was very responsive from the initial request for assistance. He came to the home to inspect the roof within one business day, and got his crew to replace the chimney flashing one day earlier than his initial promise.The owner and his entire team is diligent and responsive from the very beginning. I would certainly turn to this roofing company again and will recommend to friends and family.
