I found TSM Roofing by way of some google research and true to form, the reviews couldn't have been more on point about the company's professionalism and quality of work. Before we moved into our home we knew our patio roof needed to be replaced so, I contacted TSM for a quote. Out of the 5-10 different companies I tried to reach in the NW Phoenix area, TSM was the only one to return my inquiry request and phone call. One company, who we had set up an appointment for an inspection/quote, didn't even bother to show up for the inspection and never bothered to call us to reschedule or explain why. In hindsight, I'm glad that it worked out that way because I couldn't be happier with my experience working with TSM and of course, the work they did on our roof. I was also visited by Sheldon, I believe one of the owners, who came out to speak with me in person about some of the challenges they were having with the job. He showed great care for his customers, his crew, and getting the job done right. For all these reasons, we'll be loyal customers of TSM's for as long as we're living in this area. Jari was a gentleman and very helpful in assessing our needs for a vent pipe leak. Went on roof, noticed no leak, took the extra step and looked in our crawl attic space to see if the pipe was leaking from the roof. No leaks which saved us $$ on an unnecessary roof repair! Had a great experience working with Reimagine to build and install a carport for solar panels. From planning, permitting and executing. Big shout out to Levi and Brennecke, who did a great job on the field. I'm happy with the outcome. Photos uploaded before the paint, which will be matte black.

Samme came out to my house and performed a friendly and through inspection.
There was no hail damage but a few little things caused by a tree and Samme offered me advice on how to correct myself it properly.

A strong word of caution if you are considering Jack the Roofer for your roofing project. He was hired by my general contractor to build a roof for an addition to our house. Before his crew left the site, they explained to me they would need to return later because they didn’t have the proper material to finish. Several days later, Jack told my contractor the crew had returned and finished—but two security cameras clearly showed no one had returned to complete the work.

Unfortunately, a week or so later it rained and the roof—which had not been ‘dried in’—leaked in five places. His crew then returned to finish the job, hopefully properly. To top it off, Jack then refused to provide me or the contractor with a written warranty after approximately six requests to do so. I still don’t have one. I urge you to find a reputable workman and avoid Jack the Roofer.
