In November/December 2020 Power replaced our roof and installed solar panels. The finished product looks great! Time will tell if the installation was done properly and the roof and solar panels last as long as advertised. We experienced significant delays, especially with turning on our solar panels (2 months) due to the pandemic. However, if you choose to use this company, be prepared to possibly deal with inaccurate paperwork and poor communication. We experienced unnecessary delays with the installation due to errors in the paperwork - simple things like the wrong customer name or not putting the right information on the Certificate of Liability Insurance. We also dealt with poor communication between Power and its vendors. Supplies were delivered too early and had to be returned and redelivered. We had to tell Power the supplies were returned because they were not notified. The trash container sat in our driveway for 8 days because there was no follow up by Power after Thanksgiving. And I had to chase my representative after the solar installation to get updates. (It took my electric company over two months to allow my solar panels to be turned on). While I think the pandemic aggravated the situation, I don't think it needed to be as bad as it was. If you don't mind staying on top of them, Power does great work. I would use them again, but it would be when I feel up to reviewing paperwork and making follow-up phone calls.
