AZ Carpet and Restoration did an incredible job not only on our carpets but also in cleaning a mattress for us! FHR did a GREAT job on my patio in Scottsdale ! They had to remove my old cracked tile and cement and replace it with new concrete and an acrylic coating. The workmanship was top notch and the team they had there cleaned up the site very well each day and always were concerned and made sure I was satisfied. We had two small residential construction projects--the installation of a steel door, and some chronically-leaking windows. Both were taken care of at a very reasonable cost, and the quality of the work was excellent. The team members were personable and professional. Also, when the scope of the project turned out not to require stucco repair/repainting, our final cost was reduced. Highly recommended!

Troy and Alex were extremely helpful and patient and explained the whole process with insurance very thoroughly. The roof was done in a day and looks amazing.

ArDan came to our home to fix some issues (including a leak of unknown origin) after our original remodeling company failed on several occasions to do so.

We worked with Ron specifically from ArDan. Ron easily figured out what was wrong in regard to our leak when several others at Patterson Remodeling could not. He always showed up on time and as promised. Ron was quick to come up with a plan of action, how much it would cost, as well as schedule a time for it to be completed.

Ron was extremely kind and professional. He has such a talent for the work he does and his experience and love for his job truly shine through. His professionalism was exhibited through his communication, respect for our home, children and pets. His talent and experience is evident in the finished work.

Kitchen Renovation Project - Communication was the key as we worked through the surprises and challenges that came up as we progressed through the project. Bobby was there on most days especially when he needed to step in and communicate necessary changes to get the job done properly to our satisfaction. There are many moving parts in construction. What you plan to do today may have some challenges on application and scheduled deliveries which can be out of your project manager’s control. Bobby is sure to update you on any issues so that you are not left scratching your head. He is prompt to return phone calls. At the end, I am quite pleased at the outcome of the build. Yes, I recommend working with this company.

Rosa and their staff did an amazing job! From start to finish. They were knowledgeable and very nice. Easy to deal with. The install crew was nice and did a great job. They cleaned up after the installation. From the first phone call to the day of installation. Everything went smooth and very fast. I recommend them for any service. Thank you so much. Covert assisted us on two occasions with a bathroom remodel. Initially, they were hired to perform a to the studs demo of an aged bathroom. They were prompt, thorough and respectful of the adjacent rooms. I was impressed with their preparedness and teamwork.

After our great experience with initial demolition, we had them return to sheetrock and tape the previously demo'd room. They were enthusiastically creative in matching previous coved ceiling/plaster walls with drywall and taping mud. It was art, not simple construction. James was/is the best. I am a seasoned DIY'er that is pleased with the quality of their work, professionalism and pride in their product. They helped me maintain the southwest character of my home.

We had our windows done by Power and they are AMAZING!! Worth every penny! Good price and fabulous product! They have transformed our home!
