TSM Roofing just replaced our Roof in Sun City West, AZ. The crew was here on time, worked well together and the job was done in 3 days....i would keep them in mind in the future......1 out of 5, i give this group a 6....Job well done.

They took the time to listen to my needs and did a superb job following through.

We were very impressed with the team that removed our old shingles roof which had 2 layers. They were timely when arriving the first day too. They cover the areas around the house to collect the debris which was very helpful to keep nails and stuff together.

We had selected a roofing material and they could not get it so John quickly came to our home with samples to select a different product. We appreciated James in Sales too for his kindness and knowledge during contract signing and would recommend, Lyons Roofing, to everyone.

Called for roof deck quote early August 2021 someone came out to measure and was told quote would be in 2 days max well I am still waiting to get quote in september.

Stone creek reshingled my roof after storm damage. They did an excellent job. My first contact was with Sarah. She took charge and made the whole process easy for me. I highly recommend Stone creek.

Had them put on a new roof for us. It has leaked now 3 times in 2.5 years, and they have been either slow to respond or unresponsive to our calls to have it repaired under their warranty. Lack of response has created ceiling damage, to which they also have not responded in our request to fix.

Kevin and his crew repaired shingles that had blown off and came back to find a leak that had been pledging the building for over 5 years. Kevin found 2 areas that where probable leaks were. He repaired both and charged me a reasonable price!! I will never call another roofer!! (We have even used Kyko roofing; paid a ton!)

This was a Fantastic experience from start to finish. We had several roofing companies come out to give us estimates and tried to talk us into their more expensive products and time frames were 9-12 weeks. We got in touch with Castiler Roofing and spoke with Alex who pulled satellite as we were on the phone and was able to look at our patio roof and give me a real time quote on the phone. He let me know they could have this done in one day and that it would be a week out and he would call me. He followed up with pictures of a similar home/job they did and called me the day he said he would to tell me that his guys would be out the next day. Yonathan and his crew showed up, got their materials, and got everything done. They were unbelievably professional and explained what they were doing, made recommendations for what really needed to be done and worked the entire day getting everything done. It was a GREAT job, exactly what we needed, and the guys cleaned everything before they left. Alex and Yonathan were both very knowledgeable, professional, and did exactly what they said they were going to do. They really listened to what I was asking them for and delivered. The next day after working with Alex was amazing getting our roof inspection report and invoices. I would recommend this company hands down and plan on working with them in the future.

Drew came out, looked at my roof, gave me my options and helped me through the entire process. Now I have a nice new roof and I don't have to worry about leaks, damage, and loose shingles anymore. Thanks Drew and his roofing team.

I recently purchased a home and the previous owner used Stapleton to install a new roof in 2016. The roof had a warranty, and I started seeing some moisture in one of the bedrooms so I called them out to look at it. Unfortunately the warranty hadn't been transferred properly, they require an inspection to ensure that nothing had been done on the roof that might effect the warranty before they transfer to the new owner. Pat was super helpful and took a look at the roof, turned out I had a stucco crack around one of my scuppers. The rest of the roof looks great, hadn't had a chance to see it myself until now, much better than the roof on my previous flat roof home. He transferred the warranty and was very helpful, I'd recommend you give Stapleton a call if you need help with your roof.

John is great!!! He put up with all my questions and always replied quickly. Price was good and so was his explanation of all materials and how they would be used. His crew fast, efficient workers. Am very happy with new roof and skylights. Job well done !!!

Gave Phoenix roofing a call because my roof was in bad shape, they came out the following day and inspected my roof. They informed me of a few issues.
1, hail damage
2, previous roofers installed ridge incorrectly,
3, roof was starting to blister
4, had warped decking.

Thought I would be paying a lot of out of pocket to repair damages. Isiah informed me that my roof could be paid for by my insurance company. Gave Farmers a call and Phoenix roofing took care of the rest. Insurance paid for my roof and the code upgrades to insure no further issues.

Phoenix roofing is a wonder company to work with and great with insurance as they got my roof back to code and the only cost was my deductible which was mostly covered by collateral damages.

Need someone to get the job done right the first time give Phoenix Roofing a call.

Even our neighbors can't believe precision was able to turn our house into such a beautiful oasis in a short period of time. Our family and friends cannot stop talking about how beautiful our roof came out.

Had roof done by them and foreman rudy it leaked and still does when it rains.
