I checked on-line for complaints against Arrowhead D. & P., no complaints! I received other estimates and decided on Arrowhead because they offered various choices and did not do a hard sell to us.

Got a new deck installed on the backside of my house and let me tell you I couldn't be happier with the people, service and amazingly beautiful new deck. These people are on time, professional and legit! I'm in love with my house again!

Decksion Pool Deck Resurfacing has excellent prices on pool deck resurfacing and pool deck coatings! I used this company a month ago, and I couldn’t be happier with the finished decking. The cracking and fading are now gone, and the deck looks stunning. My pool deck feels like a vacation area, and it was affordable. Thanks for being a reliable pool deck resurfacing company!

Recently, we had our master bathroom torn down to the studs and totally remodeled by Homework Remodels. We met initially with the owner of the company Steve Shinn and his designer Sheila Lanier. We were so impressed by their presentation, that we did not bother to obtain any additional quotes.
Sheila, in addition to being quite personable, is an extremely talented designer and decorator with a great eye for color and composition. We accompanied her on many trips to select tiles, granite, bathroom fixtures, lighting, etc.
The subcontractors used by Homework Remodels were all excellent in their craft. The job foremen, Aaron and Lee oversaw our project with the utmost care. During part of the renovation, we had to be out of town but we were comfortable entrusting our home to these men during our absence.
During renovations, we also decided to have the company do a partial revision of our main guest bathroom. Although our initial budget was far exceeded, we believe the final product was well worth the cost.
We can highly recommend Homework Remodels to anyone seeking quality renovations of their home.

Miko and team did fantastic work remodeling our kitchen and our entire downstairs for that matter. From start to finish they were attentive, detail oriented, and easy to work with. It was clear that the entire team took pride in their work every step of the way and wanted nothing less than 100% customer satisfaction. The end result looks almost exactly like the design drawings. We could not be happier with the team or the result, which was delivered 2 weeks ahead of schedule. Highly recommended!

I had Sean design my backyard and I absolutely love the results. Sean is truly an artist and his enthusiasm about the project makes it really fun and exciting. He is also a perfectionist and will make certain everything is done to your satisfaction. If you like fire and water concepts....Sean is the guy. My backyard is totally transformed and I love being out there now, where as before, I rarely hung out in my backyard unless I was in the pool. I can't wait for some cold weather so I can enjoy my fabulous firepit and tiki torches.

Sean provided a professional drawing that really allowed me to envision the end result. He also provided a proposal that laid out each individual piece of the plan individually priced which made it so much easier to work around my budget. Sean is a great listener and really cares about making his customers happy throughout the whole process...he is there when he says he will be there and his crew is courteous, friendly, and fun to have around. All of Seans recommendations that I ended up selecting were perfect and blended flawlessly into my existing landscape.

Bathroom remodel came out great. Improved the clustered small space design by rearranging the entire design to make more walking space.

Use this company regularly and they do excellent work.

I had 2 roofs done with Lyons. The total $16,003.00. Out of that I had to call to find out when the roof was getting installed on 16th ave. I was told they saw my name, but assumed it was already done since they didn't realize I was having 2 roofs done.

Regardless of what your estimator told you, I was never told I'd get 3 tab ridge shingles to go on my 30yr dimensional shingled roof. To use shingles that are NOT a complete match is downright deceptive. ANY consumer would assume they are getting a like ridge to go with their field shingles.

When Mark came to do the final walk thru, I explained about the ridge. He told me we'll take care of it. I assumed that meant without an additional charge to me, but...nope...that'll be another $180.00 per Craig and Paul. REALLY...after $16,000.00 you wanna dink me for another $180.00 REALLY? Satisfied customer? No, not in a long run.

Mark transformed my 1990’s dingy, dated-looking kitchen to a bright, beautiful functional space. He has extensive experience in kitchen renovation and it really shows! He also made suggestions such as better, more energy-efficient lighting, a person to install my countertop and sink, etc. that just added to the beauty of the space.
He’s extremely efficient, on time, and left the space clean and functional before he left each day.
I’ve used HC for years for smaller jobs but never for anything this extensive and it certainly won’t be the last! Cannot say enough positive things about my experience!

Hector was very responsive, came out quickly for an estimate and throughly explained the process and answered all my questions. I went with him over other contractors for this reason. And I was glad I did! The crew did an excellent job adding height, strength and a gate opening to my existing wall, and knocked it out very quickly! Would definitely recommend!

They did an epoxy finish on my patio floor. Everything went smoothly and I was very pleased with the results. I would and have given this companys name to friends and family. They also were very pleased with the work they have done.

I have done work as a sub contractor (plumber) with many contractors over the years. I have found that Gilbert and Centennial Builder’s truly care about the clients and the end result. As a business owner and sub contractor…. I wouldn’t hesitate to have them in my home.

My wife and I are very pleased with the resurfacing and restaining of our patio, kool deck and sidewalk in our backyard and along the side of our house. The color we picked turned out wonderful!

I called up a handyman for the purpose of kitchen remodelling and the appointment was scheduled to be within 2 hours. He did the work quickly, easily and all at a reasonable price. He was very personable and I would highly recommend his services to anyone in need.
