Best Property Inspection in Phoenix AZ

Years ago Scott Roofing talked me into replacing a sub roof for $5000+ . Next rain, the same leaking happened. They sent a guy out who showed me a picture of a small Crack at the base of our parapet wall that contained the ac. He said he would fix it for $300 cash!!!
When I called the office to tell them what their guy said, they put my call on speaker and laughed.
These commercials with these 2 buffoons cracks me up. Two idiots driving around pretending to recognize their poor workmanship.
We laugh like hell watching these two bozos driving around in their ridiculous tv ads pointing to the supposed roofs they 'fixed'.

Professional from bid through entire job. Communicates well, quiet and respectful crew who did beautiful work. Cleaned up each day and the final sweep with a magnet for stray nails was part of the job. Absolutely recommend.

Roof repair was completed as quoted. Repair was completed in a professional manner and installer was quick to identify what needed to be done and had the proper supplies and tools to complete task. Before and after pictures helped demonstrate completion of repair.

Since I was not available for final completion of repair I was unable to verify if 4 tiles that had cracks were repaired or replaced. I had discussed this during the quote process. Since there was a cement grout before the repair if that needed to be done again.

We contacted Reimagine Roofing after the crazy monsoon storms this summer with a horrendous leak. They came out right away, managing to fit us in with all of the others experiencing storm damage. The tarped our roof to prevent further damage during the ongoing storms and even came back a couple of times to make sure that the tarp held up. We got estimates from several companies which were all relatively close in price. The service from Reimagine stood out by far, they are super responsive, answer all your questions and give you honest advice about repairs vs the cheapest/less effective solution. They offered to help work with our insurance company and gave us helpful information about solar options as well. We have referred them, (Eric) to our friends who immediately texted about how great their customer service is. The did a complete roof replacement for us and we are happy with the quality and value! Highly recommend them!

These guys were nothing short of awesome. My project ended up getting delayed due to some unforeseen issues and I was notified immediately of the delay and the updated schedule. they ended up getting me in sooner than expected and getting the roof done quickly and professionally. they even fixed some rotted facia on the front and back and did not overcharge for that. highly recommend and will be using them in the future for any needs.

My wife and I decided to get solar placed on our roof last year(freedom forever solar) and they wrapped a roof into the package deal. Well I can tell you right now it was the worst decision of my life. We had bad monsoon rains this year and all the water came pouring down on all sides of my chimney and when I went up to the roof to inspect it I noticed after looking at it real well that the flashing was never replaced and in fact they just painted over it white because The new shingles were white. We contacted the company and a man by the name of Jose replied back saying that he would call us back and let us know when he can have a technician out which he said he could do same day. Well we never heard from him after that and even sent him videos of the water leaking around the chimney and showed how the flashing was never replaced on the roof and still we got no response. I will definitely be reporting the solar company and this roof company to the Better Business Bureau. I take pride in everything I do I am a veteran of the US Army and I got this house through a VA loan. I’ve been trying to fix it up and sell it to provide my family a better life and now it seems as if all of that is crashing to an end. Run do not walk away from this company run as fast and as far as you can and let everyone know how disreputable they are.

Had an excellent experience with Capstone Roofing. I was referred to Capstone for work to my tile roof by a general contractor who felt my needs were beyond his scope of experience. I was looking for a company to come out and give my roof a once over, replace any cracked tiles, reset any slipped tiles, and redo all the deteriorated mortar packs as the various ridges. Their crew of three came out on time and got right to work. They did an excellent job of matching the existing tile color and were cleaned up after themselves well, taking care of small spots where mortar had fallen to the ground as they were redoing the mortar packs. The roof is about 20 years old and of the several companies I spoke with, Capstone was the ONLY one interested in helping me perform the needed maintenance to get the most remaining life from my existing roof. EVERY other company I quoted for the work saw 20 years old = you automatically need a new roof, here's a quote for $25 K. I have since referred Capstone to others I know who needed similar maintenance done, repairs after monsoon storms, etc with similar results. We were referred to Canyon State Roofing by a friend, after our roof began leaking in 2 places. We submitted a request for information online and they responded immediately to set up an appointment. Our roof was repaired quickly and we have not had a problem with those leaks since. After our roof suffered damage from a wind storm, we selected In-Ex Designs roofing in Scottsdale, AZ, to help us replace the roof.
The company assigned Dan to assist us. Dan and the Co. were amazing ! They did a great job negotiating with the Insurance Co,
and got them to replace our entire roof. They did a very quick and efficient job replacing the roof and cleaned everything so well !
Dan communicated with us through the entire process with great patience and good mood .
