These guys are really great. They saved me dough by just repairing rather than replacing a valve. Very professional and reasonable.

The technician was on time and a great help my issue turned out to be a septic problem so they were unable to help me but unlike the last contractor my home warranty sent out were knowledgeable enough to explain to me the problem and who to call to fix it.

I have found working with Lindsey and Christian to be a pleasure. I had them out to scope my house to ensure no issues. I've also referred them to numerous clients with amazing results. Had a new water heater installed today 6/28/16 by Don Schad who did a wonderful job. He was knowledgeable, prompt and answered any questions I had relevant to the installation and the warranty. This is the third water heater we have purchased from the company over the last 16+ years and would highly recommend them. The are proficient and offer the most competitive pricing in the industry. The water heater was under warranty since I had purchased an extended warranty back in 2008 so the price of the updated unit was very reasonable.

I had a burst pipe under my driveway and was getting the runaround from my home warranty and insurance companies so eventually just asked to have someone sent out. In scheduling my appointment with Moon Valley, they were understanding of my schedule and were appropriately flexible. Alex calls me ahead of time and is even more flexible because I was running late due to traffic (thanks snowbirds). When I got home, he got to my house as discussed, was professional, courteous, easy to talk to...basically EXACTLY what you want in a plumber. He was really nice and explained everything to me in layman's terms which I really appreciate. He also made recommendations on additional services I may want to consider because of the system I have, tips on how to maintain it, and gave me an honest breakdown of what Moon Valley could and couldn't do for me, which is super impactful. I will certainly be using Moon Valley Plumbing again due to my first and only experience with Alex thus far. Quality work, respectful and knowledgeable employees, timely, affordable service? All found with Moon Valley!

The folks at Donley have treated us very well through the years. They are fair and do good work. Significantly they check out their work as a kind of due diligence and are quick to follow up any issues.

They are not reliable. I called and made an appointment and they never called or showed up.
