Best Property Inspection in Phoenix AZ

We had the pleasure of working with Maurice & Stephen from Simple Electric recently when we initiated several electrical projects at our new home in Phoenix. This included moving ceiling fans, installing lights in the attic, adding plugs outside and in the garage and installing carriage lights on the front of our home. We were so pleased with their professionalism, courtesy and cleanliness. I’m not certain we’ve ever had a tidier duo of tradesmen in our home. I needed to have two panels replaced at the back of my duplex and I was really stressed about how big of a job that this was going to be. I called Phoenix Electricians and Joe Lake came out to inspect my panels. He was very professional and told me that they do these all the time which really put me at ease. Joe was always available to answer my questions and made sure that the job was done on time. When the panels were replaced, they looked like they were replaced properly and that you could tell that Joe knew what he was doing. I have used Phoenix Electricians Today on a few projects at my house and they do good work. I will be hiring them for other projects in the future.

We had a wonderful experience with Penguin Air and their ace technician, Nathan today! We own a home that we rent on Air BNB and the A/C was not cooling last night. I called Penguin for the first time and the gal who answered the phone was super helpful! Nathan was able to come out today to clean our dirty coils and get us back up and running. He FaceTimed us to show the problem and was very helpful giving us a tour of the system. He saved us from having to cancel a reservation!!We are so glad we called Penguin!
