I called Renco for some roofing repair issues based upon Yelp and Google reviews. They came out to my rental property and quickly fixed the issues. They were very prompt when it came to addressing my concerns and I will be using them again in the future.

When my roof started leaking, I asked a couple friends who I should call and was told Ky-Ko. They had their roof done and so did one of their neighbors and both were extremely happy with the job done. I called and every person I have spoken with and met has been more than helpful and answered all my questions. Someone came out to the house twice before the actual day of work to check on what was needed. They showed up on time and tore off the old roof and replaced 3 pieces of plywood and sprayed on the new roof. They did a beautiful job of cleaning up after themselves and even covered my pool with plastic to keep out any debris. Came back the next day and sprayed the 2nd layer. Great service. Wonderful roof. Now if it would just rain so I could listen to the rain on the roof and not dripping in the bucket!

We we were selling our home and the new owners requested a few minor spot repairs on the roof. Jack was able to give us an estimate based on the home inspection report over the phone and squeezed us in the very next day. Jack and Mike were very professional, responsive, and on time. Replaced the roof .. first took off the old, creating the new on-site to fit, and cleared out all the debris. Project lead was friendly and professional. It seemed like everyone worked well together. Warranty their work (they were unsure about the skylight, and there was a leak the first rain, but they came right out and fixed it. No issues since.)

They answered the phone on my first call, set an appointment, and stayed in contact with me thru the whole process. Daryl gave me several options, from repair to a 20yr roof. The site supervisor was very accomodating and answered my questions during the operation. All-in-all, I feel that I got a great roof with really good materal.

Competitive estimate. Completed the work a week after we signed the agreement. Came a day early to beat the rain. Everyone we dealt with was very professional. left no traces after the work was complete.

They did a great job with our roof. Very professional and cleaned up well afterwards. We were very happy with the work. Also, their bid was very competitive with the 4 other bids we got. Randall (project manager) always responded to my phone calls or texts. Only issue was it took a little longer than expected as we had them install some sun tubes that were delayed at the distributor. Other than that, we would hire them again.

These guys do QUALITY WORK in a PROFESSIONAL manner. You get what you pay for and it's a good thing with Express Roofing because they pack in so much value! They will over communicate job status. They even do really cool things like film the inspection with a narrated GoPro so you can see what they are talking about. Each day they sent me pictures and even had a drone fly over the house while they worked so I could see them kick ass! Don't waste time with proposals from any other roofer. Sign with these guys and tell them I sent you!

Our project began in July of 2020 when we decided to finally replace the shingles on our roof which had become damaged by storms.
Due to a stubborn insurance company, this project was not completed until July of 2021.
The project manager, Taylor James, was persistent with the demands of the insurance company and completed every inspection they demanded and finally after getting the project to an umpire, the insurance company agreed to pay.
The work began on a Friday morning and was completed the evening of the same day. The crew, led by Pancho I believe, was extremely well organized and professional. The work was well orchestrated and each individual knew and completed their tasks perfectly. They functioned as a well oiled and trained team and when they left it was as if they had never been here (everything cleaned up).
Taylor's knowledge, regular updates, explanations of each step in this process and persistence with the insurance claim kept us believing in the process and ended up getting us a great new roof.
