To set the stage; colder/wetter/windier winter than normal; tough labor market. Both of which have made it challenging to get work done in less than 4 - 6 weeks. To add to that I would guess that the cosmetic work that I needed done probably fell at the bottom 5% of the business being generated from the work that I needed done. However, I'll tell you that the approach Chad took to assessing and recommending what was needed made it seem as if I was a top 5% customer not a bottom 5%.

Chad came prepared with estimates, answers and clear recommendations on how to proceed. Timelines were outlined, but he continued to work it after our discussion to compress the timeline significantly to get the work done.

It's not always going to work out in our favor, but I'll tell you if you are looking for an honest, professional, understanding approach to the work that needs to be done standing on the foundation of decades of experience, then Chad and Allstate Roofing is your next call if you need work done on your roof. Needed to have a skylight replaced and some damage from the old leaking skylight repaired. Lyons Roofing were great! They replaced the old skylight, repaired the damages that had been done and left our home spotless inside and out. My husband accidentally broke a shingle in our roof because he tried to get the flying saucer toy for Dobby ( our dog). My neighbor recommended Mikku and Sons because they did a great job with their roof. I contacted them immediately because I was afraid that more shingles would fall off the ground due to the wind. Good thing that they responded immediately! The team fixed and repaired my roofs thanks to their fast and efficient work. I have a good roofing and I feel more secure that no more shingle will fall from my roof.
