Very professional and informative. Arrived early for appointment (called to be sure early was ok). Explained what they were doing and what we need to prepare for as our 20 year old roof continues to age. I would highly recommend!

Our roof was over 20 yrs old so we started the process and got 4 estimates and did a lot of research. Brown Roofing got the best reviews of all the companies we checked and we loved the initial contact person Jesse. He was super helpful and the price was very reasonable so we scheduled the project with Brown Roofing. Debbie in the office was also super helpful to answer any questions as the day approached to begin. Throughout the whole week of the project, Craig the owner, visited every day to check in and keep us updated on the progress and give us his advice and recommendations based on some new tiles that needed to be placed. We've done a lot of home projects over the years, and we've never had such GREAT and PERSONALIZED SERVICE!!! At the end of the project, Craig does a walk through to make sure you're totally satisfied with the work. Craig was excellent to work with and we highly recommend BROWN ROOFING!! David and his crew were also excellent and very kind and respectful of any questions we had. When you need your roof replaced, definitely choose Craig and BROWN ROOFING!!!

I called to get an estimate to repair or replace my roof with Ky-Ko, but the person that schedules would not schedule with me because I would be at work, but due to the fact that I am a widow and I have to go to work. I would not be on the roof with them, and they wouldn't be coming in my home, I would be able to stay in contact by phone at all times. So I had to go to another roofing company.

The responded quickly. The didn't overcharge and they didn't try to upsell.

****** In response to the comments by the roofer**** I have never wanted to sell my home. I was recommend by my good friend and Realtor to this company. Never assume that someone is selling their house.... we all know what they say about assuming. I was NEVER and WILL NEVER be selling this home. The owners comments are inaccurate. Second I have since filed an insurance claim and my insurance along with 3 other roofing companies have all told me my roof is in excellent condition and does not need a full replacement. Bonnie is just a bully. STAY FAR FAR AWAY. I was recommended this roofing company by my realtor. The owner was very nice he came out and looked at my roof. I was confident they could help me. He sent his team out, he did not come with and they proceeded to fix my roof. I was concerned as the wood on the interior is starting to rot from water damage. The kid who came out told me I should have it replaced but the owner assured me it didn't. A week later another good rain came through and my roof was still leaking significantly. I contacted the roofing company and they said they were coming out to fix it. I left work to wait for them and an hour after they said they were coming o got a call telling me they were just refunding me my money. I did receive a refund. They told me it was because I was unclear on what I wanted. As when I discussed the not fixed roof I had stated I was concerned that they were not able to fix it and I may need to call insurance due to the water damage. Would not recommend.

We were referred to Canyon State Roofing by a friend, after our roof began leaking in 2 places. We submitted a request for information online and they responded immediately to set up an appointment. Our roof was repaired quickly and we have not had a problem with those leaks since. Had plywood and surface damage on a large 400 sq foot second story 29 year old walk deck/balcony. Pinnacle Roofing did an amazing job repairing existing plywood, adding a second layer of plywood and applying a four step Polycoat coating. The entire staff was helpful and in constant communication with me. I had twelve different companies come out over three months for estimates and was completely satisfied with my choice and the end results from Pinnacle.

We had a major leak in our flat top patio roof the end of 2019 and Travis and his team were able to get us taken care of with a brand new roof within 48 hours (during a major storm). We've since had the tiniest leak (not sure what is causing this) and Travis again responded immediately, was out within 24 hours added silicone paint to reseal any possible cracks underneath the sheeting. Travis and Tuner have been so helpful and so responsive even with follow up after the work was done. I highly recommend their services!

On-site labor was respectful and efficient. Foam roof came out looking great.
