What an impressive company and crew of workers. Saturday they came on time and started the tear down of the old roof. Then removed and replaced all the rotten wood. By 4:30 the same day I had a new roof.
I'm sure that it is not normal to do a roof in one day like this but I was in a predicament and they stepped up sending lots of extra men out to make sure that I was take care of. They really went above and beyond my expectations.
I wound not hesitate to refer this company in the future.

The owner, Jack, came out to do a roof inspection and he was AWESOME. I am by no means knowledgeable about roofing, and as a young woman I am often brushed aside or treated with contempt by professionals in the home/auto/repairs industries. When I find a business that has amazing reviews I tend to choose them because I know other people have had a positive work experience, and that is exactly what I got with Phoenix Roofing and Remodeling. Jack took the time to fully explain everything to me in detail and was so patient with my questions, and his knowledge and friendly attitude instantly put me at ease. If you are looking to have your roof serviced or, in my case, replaced then look no further than Stapleton Roofing. After interviewing 4 different roof contractors, I was blown away by what was offered from Stapleton. But before you pass judgement that I might not be qualified, here is my story.
Everyone in Phoenix remembers the hail storm of 2010 and the damage it left in its wake. We did the wrong thing and hired a company based on price alone - HUGE mistake. I had more leaks with that roof done by an inferior company.
Additionally, I have a neighbor with a birdseed block who feeds birds that like to roost on MY roof. Those birds poked holes throughout my roof, too. You can't pick your neighbors but you can pick roofing companies with solutions for the problems.
After 4 kitchen pans for drips, a huge hole in the ceiling in our master bedroom to a CRAZY leak and bird holes everywhere, I did the search.
It is rare to find good trades and even more rare to find ethical trades. Stapleton actually listened to my issues and did not give me a standard answer that the other roof contractors provided. And they did everything they said they would do.
I felt the contract was a good value but what I learned is you NEVER want to take shortcuts with a roof - I learned that the hard way.
In summary, Stapleton Roofing is awesome and you'll like the results.

Phoenix Roofing has been a great experience for us. From sales to installation experts, the service was professional yet personable. Not easy to find these days. We have referred them to our friends and neighbors and will continue to do so.

Reimagine removed old ballasted flat roof and repaired and installed a new spray-in foam with silicon top coat. The old ballasted roof had been leaking. From start to finish the process was fairly seamless. It did take a few extra weeks to get scheduled but then again Reimagine crews were really busy. Glad they could squeeze me in their busy schedule. Jeff the estimator, Kyle the crew supervisor and the roof crew were all great. Although it was a small project thanks for taking care of an old leaky roof.

Geo Roofing responded to my request for an estimate of cost for roof repair, due to storm damage, in a timely manner. After accepting the bid , the repair was done well in an acceptable time frame. If I need roof repair in the future, Geo Roofing will be my first choice.

Precision did an excellent job and they were a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend them.
