Best New Concrete Tile Roof in Phoenix AZ

Awesome service! Our roof was destroyed during the monsoon season. Not only did Sheldon come out and place a tarp to prevent further damage, he helped battle with the insurance company to ensure the repairs were done properly and wouldn't let them cut corners. The job was done quickly and looks amazing! I would definately recommend TSM Roofing to anyone!

Mark and Richard from service just came out and repaired a couple of surface bubbles in a very timely fashion. I appreciate their helpfulness and professional work.

If I could give them zero stars I would. Our builder used them so when the storm hit in July and tiles were damaged I thought they would be the best company to go with since they put them on initially. It took them 5 weeks just to come out, when I called to get an update, a couple months later, they had no record of coming out so They sent someone else, happened to be the same guy and he told me he never turned in his service notes the first time, so that’s why they had no record. I Called two weeks later to confirm that they got the service notes this time and they still couldn’t locate my account and had no idea what I was talking about. Keep in mind I spoke to the same guy, James several times.

Mikku & Sons complete a roofing job on my home and I couldn't be more pleased. The job was started and completed in 2 1/2 days and the crew did an excellent job. The old roofing was removed and replaced with new roofing and the job was done professionally and with great attention to detail. I highly recommend Mikku & Sons and can't praise them enough for the work they have done Great job

Above and beyond! After fixing the leak by the eave, they also painted the underside. Owner also personally came back and took care of a minor detail that was missed by his nice crew. I would suggest to call them first for any roofing needs.

After our roof was damaged by hail we contracted with Phoenix Roofing to completely replace our wood shake roof. After the demo we had to have new decking laid before they could shingle. Our roof was steep and complicated but the crew did a fantastic job and we are thrilled with the results. Bill was attentive at every step of the way. His professionalism and responsiveness was first class. The crew always cleaned up after each day. We highly recommend Bill and Phoenix Roofing.

Did a complete re-roof on my rental home in the Cove at North Canyon and I couldn't be more pleased. Showed up on time as promised, completed all the work sooner than expected and we had both a tile and flat roof to recondition and replace! Cleanup was done quickly and perfectly. If you are looking to have your roof serviced or, in my case, replaced then look no further than Stapleton Roofing. After interviewing 4 different roof contractors, I was blown away by what was offered from Stapleton. But before you pass judgement that I might not be qualified, here is my story.
Everyone in Phoenix remembers the hail storm of 2010 and the damage it left in its wake. We did the wrong thing and hired a company based on price alone - HUGE mistake. I had more leaks with that roof done by an inferior company.
Additionally, I have a neighbor with a birdseed block who feeds birds that like to roost on MY roof. Those birds poked holes throughout my roof, too. You can't pick your neighbors but you can pick roofing companies with solutions for the problems.
After 4 kitchen pans for drips, a huge hole in the ceiling in our master bedroom to a CRAZY leak and bird holes everywhere, I did the search.
It is rare to find good trades and even more rare to find ethical trades. Stapleton actually listened to my issues and did not give me a standard answer that the other roof contractors provided. And they did everything they said they would do.
I felt the contract was a good value but what I learned is you NEVER want to take shortcuts with a roof - I learned that the hard way.
In summary, Stapleton Roofing is awesome and you'll like the results.

These people have the worst customer service. No one returns your calls. And if they do it’s a week later because someone is on vacation even though you called and left a few voice mails with other people. They came out made us a quote that was over $100 more then the company we ended up using. They are the ones that built the roof not even 3 years ago about 2 1/2 years and the roof from the storms ripped out roof apart. They say it’s an act of god they can’t control what the weather does. But why is it a brand new home and not only ours many others in same builder complex that also had same issues. That sounds more like workmanship then weather. The people the had on the roof when it was being built had no professional vehicles and could not sp aj English every time we checked on our home while being built. Stay away

Today was the second occasion that I used AZ Finest Roofing. Both times it was a very pleasant experience. They came on time to do the estimate and the work. They emailed their estimate, the date and time of work, and a receipt. The quality of work was excellent, they cleaned up upon completion, and didn't try to upsell me, plus everyone was personable.

Like many here in the valley, we needed quick and professional roof assessment and repair after record rains in Oct. We were very satisfied with Daryl's quick response, assessment, price to repair or replace, and his team's expedience in performing the repair. Next up, entire roof replacement. Our intent is to contract with In-Ex Designs for that project, as well.
