Best New Asphalt in Phoenix AZ

My landlord hired these guys to fix the roof a couple of months ago. Took them a few missed appointments to show up, and when they did, the inspection was minuscule at best. They fixed the leak, or so they assumed. Except that it's leaking WORSE now! Finding someone else to actually fix it this time around.

We are out of state owners who engaged TSM Roofing to replace an entire roof on our rental property in Phoenix. I have nothing but the best things to say about this company. They were professional, easy to work with and sensitive to our requests for detailed documentation and photos that evidence the job performed. Two weeks ago I scheduled a roof repair with American Roofing your company. I am beginning to think that was a bad choice. Today was the day someone from your company was to show up between 7AM and 4PM to complete the repairs. I called this morning and spoke to a Ashley in customer service to find out what time the roofer could possibly show up. She said they would be there between 7AM and 4PM. At 2:30 I called back because your hours are from 6AM to PM. All I got was a voice mail. No one returned my call in fact it is after 4PM and NO one has shown up or called. I would call that VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Especially because I took the day off from work to acommadate their schedule. I would rate your company zero today but there is a space for zero so I guess I must give you a ONE. Hopefully this email rating will be read by other people who like me expected PROFESSIONAL SERVICE AND FOLLOW THROUGH. Oh it's Friday so now I have to wait until Monday to see if anyone from your company actually reads these responses. Good Day

We had the roof totally repaired as it was 20+ years old and we started to have leaks. Sarah came out and inspected damage and gave us a quote for partial or total repair and update. We chose to total repair.

Took a few weeks to get on the schedule. Overall only 3 days to do the work. Crew did a great job and cleaned up daily and when completed. Pretty noisy when work being done so you might want to get out a few hours each day while the work is being done. All normal and expected.

Stonecreek it a reputable company and check out well with BBB and ROC. Would highly recommend their work to anyone needing roof repair or total replacement. Sarah and the team were great to work with and shared photos as the process moved along.

Recently I had the pleasant experience of working with Mikku & Sons Roofing for storm damaged Repair on my house. The team was incredibly proactive and accommodating . They promptly arrived to cover the affected area and collaborated with our insurance provider all throughout the repair We particularly valued the expertise of Josh and Devin We would not hesitate to Recommend Mikku and Sons Roofing for any roofing requirements, and would be delighted to employ them Again

We had some leaks to our patio cover that we had tried (and failed) at repairing ourselves. We reached out to Castile Roofing and Alex was very quick to respond and assist with a quote. Chris came and to inspect and do the repair and he was very nice and knowledgeable. Repair was done in a timely manner and well done.

Will use again for roofing needs.

I had a 12,000 square foot re-roof job done at my Paradise Valley home by Patterson and it was mired in trouble from the beginning. Delays, horrible communication, and the worst part was that the workmanship and finish were very bad. We also had workers showing up at random times in the evenings without notice walking on our roof which made us concerned. Owner offered (in writing mind you) to fix the poor quality finishes to only backtrack because I wouldn't remove my online reviews (have that in writing too). Professionalism and integrity lacking here. We regret choosing Patterson roofing. Now we need to pay another firm to fix his mistakes. But if we do, they won't honor the 15 year warranty we paid for. Buyer beware!

Jack Core (owner of Phoenix roofing) and Luis (project manager) just completed my underlay replacement for my tile roof. They were both very easy to work with. We have a one year old girl and they even managed to work around her room during her sleeping hours. They sent progress photos each day which is above and beyond your typical service. They started on time and finished early, I would recommend Phoenix roofing and remodeling to any family or friend looking to have their roof redone or repaired. I had a few estimates before committing and I can also say that their prices are extremely fair. They were meticulous with details and even painted the replacement drip trim with a color match paint prior to replacement. Thanks again guys!

This place is weird field estimator very unprofessional come to the home sit in the car for a long time according to my neighbor and leave without ringing the door bell, out of the blue I get an estimate I thought these people are highway robbers I didnt get any estimate from them what so ever.. customers service is just as bad beware people

Pat arrived promptly on time, a few minutes early truth be told. He could not have been more helpful and professional. He climbed on my roof and said almost immediately, Want to save a bunch of money? He then proceeded to point out that I simply needed to clean out some accumulated debris that had collected in area that drains off my roof. While on my roof he also reattached a couple of corner tiles that had fallen off during the recent storms. I'm not sure I ever had a more honest and helpful contractor at least well within recent memory. While I hope I never need their services, if the time ever comes again, I will begin and end my search for a roofing contractor with Pat Stapleton. Highly recommend!!!

My wife and I decided to get solar placed on our roof last year(freedom forever solar) and they wrapped a roof into the package deal. Well I can tell you right now it was the worst decision of my life. We had bad monsoon rains this year and all the water came pouring down on all sides of my chimney and when I went up to the roof to inspect it I noticed after looking at it real well that the flashing was never replaced and in fact they just painted over it white because The new shingles were white. We contacted the company and a man by the name of Jose replied back saying that he would call us back and let us know when he can have a technician out which he said he could do same day. Well we never heard from him after that and even sent him videos of the water leaking around the chimney and showed how the flashing was never replaced on the roof and still we got no response. I will definitely be reporting the solar company and this roof company to the Better Business Bureau. I take pride in everything I do I am a veteran of the US Army and I got this house through a VA loan. I’ve been trying to fix it up and sell it to provide my family a better life and now it seems as if all of that is crashing to an end. Run do not walk away from this company run as fast and as far as you can and let everyone know how disreputable they are.

I gave him the address and Jason came to the house fixed EVERYTHING the same day! Then they barely charged us for the work work they did. Such amazing work for an honest price. We have been utilizing the services from Gorman Roofing for a few years now and have never once been disappointed. The level of service, price and communication could not be better.

Great crew, I'm a truck driver and everytime I go here to get loaded they are on the ball. As soon as I arrive I back in and they already have the product waiting on the forklift to be loaded. I'm generally in and out of the yard under 1.5 hours including arriving, loading and strapping.

The team did a fantastic job on our home and our customer experience was first rate from quote to completion. We bid a large and varied project including roof repairs, painting, concrete repair, and a couple of other trades. They were the only company able to quote the entire bill of work, and was the most timely in both turning the bid around and adjusting line items to our taste.

Highly recommend. Needed to get bids for my house and Russ at Gryphon was the only one who was able to give me a straight answer. They got the job done in the time frame that was needed. I enjoyed working with them AND... they clean up after themselves! Excellent!
