From beginning to end, every aspect of getting our porch roof repaired was excellent. The office staff was pleasant when taking my calls. The estimator was prompt, clear and thorough and offered options which was greatly appreciated, and, there was no pressure to choose one option over the other.
The on-site supervisor was prompt and professional and pleasant to communicate with. The 3 roofers were also prompt, thorough and took appropriate precautions to keep the area free of debris, and completely cleaned up the surrounding area at the project completion. Finally, payment was simple and contained no surprises outside the original estimate and scope of work!

Needed a leak detective to help figure out a leaking window. First place I contacted automatically went to fixing the roof (thousands of dollars). Brandon from Renco came out and deduced that a woodpecker had pecked a hole in the pop out above the window and that was where the rain was going. He filled the hole and that was that. Saved me headaches and lots of money. Honest company. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my roofing needs.

It is without hesitation that I recommend Phoenix Roofing and Remodeling. Jack(owner) was very responsive and professional. He explained in detail the issues and resolved them to my satisfaction. In the future, without any hesitation I will use Phoenix Roofing and Remodeling again!

We have had a leak in our roof since we closed on our home in March, 2019. It has taken them SIX times to “repair” our roof and it is STILL NOT fixed! Our home is a new build and every home on our street have had issues with leaks. One even had their ceiling cave in! Unacceptable. They toss the ball of blame around and seem to never know what they are at my home to fix. It’s the same leak as last time people....communicate! One visit, the girl at their home office argued with me saying that my home was not on their calendar and that no one was even supposed to be at my home. Well, they came and left a CRACK in my ceiling and just left it that way after I pointed it out to them! They then left my roof exposed after I asked that they re tarp it after they said they “couldn’t find where it was leaking from.” I never write reviews and we have been more than patient. Consumer be cautious as you’re doing your research.

Highly recommend. Needed to get bids for my house and Russ at Gryphon was the only one who was able to give me a straight answer. They got the job done in the time frame that was needed. I enjoyed working with them AND... they clean up after themselves! Excellent!

Called this company TJ came out a few weeks later for an estimate. He said I would get it in a few days. A month later I had to reach out to him to get the quote. I followed up with a few questions. No response. I guess they don't want my business. Save your time and call a company who cares.

Consulted with several roofing companies to repair a tile roof leak and replace a flat roof on a covered patio, and to my absolute satisfaction, ended up using Arizona’s Finest Roofing. Throughout the entire process, Danny, April and Dawn were very professional and provided outstanding customer service. Danny arrived on time to provide the initial estimate and walked me through his findings in great detail. Within 48 hours, I received a written estimate itemizing the cost, repairs and materials to be used. April and Dawn are very friendly, prompt in returning phone calls and kept me informed throughout the entire process. The crew showed up as scheduled and completed the work in a very professional, clean and respectful manner. Remarkable company and team of people all the way around!

Very pleased with my experience with In-Ex Roofing. Their estimate wasn't the cheapest I received but I felt comfortable with the professional way Daryl Cook explained what the tear-off and shingle re-roof would entail. The work contract was well detailed and when I did have some questions they were answered quickly and to my satisfaction. The work crew was professional, courteous, on time and completed the work sooner than expected. An inspector from In-Ex Roofing came out the following day to look over the completed work. There were a couple minor things he felt should be addressed, a crew was out an hour later to take care of it. I would highly recommend In-Ex Designs Roofing.

Circle G replaced my roof in 2020. Replacement came with a 5 year leak warranty. I was going to put my house on the market for sale and was curious about the condition of the roof after 3 years. Joe came right out and inspected it for no charge and assured me that it was in great shape and nothing currently needed for me or the future buyer. Very responsive, very honest and reliable.
