Everyone on the AP team gets a thumb up! Very professional from the first Hello to the last Good Bye. When I called I was greeted warmly. When the technician was slated to arrived I got a reminder text of the appointment with a picture of the technician. BRAVO, and a text again
when he was 15 minutes out.
The tech, Anthony arrived nice, clean and polite. He wore a masked and practice social distancing. He fixed the problem easily and told my husband to prevent future problems what to do. An agreement was made that was more reasonable than their competitors. We will definitely use them again.

I had a leak into my condo from another unit and my Condo Assoc. President recommended Reddi Services. Marco Prieto was my Service Specialist. I was extremely impressed with his knowledge of how to assess the leak source as he bounced back and forth between units explaining every step of what he was doing, why and what he was looking for. He is very bright and personable. He took the time to help educate me about a variety of plumbing issues. Because of Marco I will absolutely use Reddi Services in the future for my plumbing and air conditioning needs. Thank you Marco!

Contractor was perfect! Really appreciate him showing up so late in the day, 7pm. I'd imagine his shift was supposed to be long over by that time. Very friendly and very particular on his quality of work. Really good work ethic and doesn't need more cardio for all the running he did. Showed a great deal of patience while we were trying to figure out how to turn off the water for a condo. Would strongly recommend for future upgrades or repairs. Thanks Trenton!.

I am going through the process of some sewer line repairs and having our house sewer relined, and so far they have been great!

The price was honestly more than I hoped, but there were also more work needed than I initially wanted(this was confirmed by several companies) and they are well worth the price. We signed a contract for a 3 day job and twice we got rescheduled for earlier than expected so now we are going to be done before our initially expected start date.

During day 1 they found that part of the job would not need to be soon, which saved some money, but also found some unexpected damage underneath. In the end even with an update to the job our price remained the same. Both crews that came out were professional and friendly.

Throughout the process they have had great communication and have done great work. We have 1 last expected day of work, I will update if anything changes. I would highly recommend getting a quote and going with them.

I've had nightmares with plumbers in the past, and this is not one of them. Isaac Solis was the most professional plumber/maintenance person I have ever dealt with. We had an extremely bad situation going on with our pipes and he did not even bat and eye at fixing it. This guy works hard! I will be recommending Rooter Ranger Plumbing to anyone that I know who needs a plumber, and they're now my go to people when I need help. Isaac, thank you again for your professionalism and experience! It was very much appreciated.

Great experience from start to finish! Gave up front pricing and did top notch repair work on rerouting my kitchen lines when I had a slab leak. Pricing is expensive but worth the money as they took pride and care in the work as if it was their own house!
