This company did a great job on my roof as well as they were the only ones willing to help after the rain storms in October, 2018. All other companies apologetically told me they could get to my roof in May of 2019. Renco got it completed in January 2019. These guys are excellent.

Brown roofing was one of 3 contractors I received bids from. They were reasonably priced and offered 2 layers of underlayment. From my researching 2 layers is always the way to go to increase the longevity of the new roof. Dean managed my job from start to finish superbly. When replacing the roof they went the extra mile including placing metal caps to protect the wood fascia and replacing and painting new bird stops. I know others who have had there roof done and these extra steps were not done. They also upgraded my underlayment to the better 40lb material at no extra cost. All the workers were well mannered and once the job was done the cleanup left no trace of them being there. Bottom line is we got our tile roof redone at a great price, but with top notch materials and service.

My service technician was Oscar Linares. He was extremely knowledgeable and took pictures of my roof and chimney and showed me where the problem was. It wasn't the roof leaking, but most likely water getting in the holes left by a shoddy job by the previous homeowner of attempting to put up a satellite dish. He even called 10 minutes earlier that his scheduled time to say he was in the area and asked if he could come early. Who does that? I was very happy with Ky-Ko, and Oscar.

Ryan with best choice roofing approached me after we had a really bad storm. He gave me a free roof inspection and helped me file a claim with my insurance company. I had contacted several companies to get quotes to redo my entire house roof after the storms demolished my porch roofing. Capstone came out the next day, and I got my estimate the following day. Another company didn't even show up for my estimate, and two other companies were about 2K more expensive than my Capstone quote. Obviously I went with Capstone. They were quick to respond to my questions, on time, quality materials, quality work, and they did a good clean-up job after. I highly recommend Capstone if you are looking for a new roof.
