I wanted to take a moment to comment on the exceptional performance of Alex and the team that re-roofed my garage recently. I employed Scott Roofing some years ago when I had the house re-roofed and was very pleased with the results so my expectations were high. Mr. Davies and his crew exceeded even those expectations. The roofing was excellent, but the crew went beyond that. My garage, yard, and driveway were almost spotless in the clean-up that was completed. Additionally, the crew even removed some branches I had laying in the yard that I had cut away giving them access to the garage. When I contacted my neighbor to ensure that their yard had not suffered from any of the falling debris, they indicated that the crew was “very sweet” stopping by their house to see if the clean-up was to their satisfaction.
I am impressed and wanted to be sure their thoroughness was recognized.

From the beginning of the process I felt I was in good hands. They scheduled the appointment and I had called 2 other companies before I called TSM. I was honestly expecting to go with another company but their process and communication made the decision to use TSM easy.

Dustin came out and assess our roof situation. He explained what was going on and gave recommendations on how to proceed. The communication through out the entire process was stellar. Dustin kept me informed and willingly answered any questions that I had. I cannot say enough good things about my experience. You will not be disappointed by using TSM Roofing.

Decided it was time to replace my roof, and after getting a few quotes, I ended up choosing Brown Roofing. They weren't the cheapest (nor were they the most expensive), but what sealed the deal was my interactions with Craig and Debbie. Friendly, thorough, and very responsive. Craig spent far more time here evaluating the job and explaining the process than anyone else that came out to give me a quote, and I can confidently say the quote provided was the most comprehensive and well constructed. When the big day came, Craig and his crew did great work and left everything just as clean as they found it when finished. Overall great experience - would definitely recommend Brown Roofing, and I will certainly not hesitate to use them again if the need arises.

Ky-Ko roofing responded immediately to our request for an evaluation and estimate for repair to our roof. Three days earlier, we had called another company recommended by our builder who originally installed our roof, but after two days of getting sent to a voicemail for their scheduler and a promise they would get back to us but never did, we called Ky-Ko. Bruce came out the next day for a first look and finding nothing obvious, he asked if he could send out a tech to do a water test. Oscar came out 2 days later and did a water test, found the problem, took pictures, and was able to get us resolution immediately, We were very pleased with the professionalism and courtesy of both gentlemen and their timely response. All of the work was done on time and with the result that I was expecting. They did a good job of cleaning up debris and nails. I would recommend them to anybody wanting a quality job.

I had a great experience with multi pro roof solutions. From start to finish it was stress free. I knew I had a worn and damaged roof so I called Kris Chavez and he came over and checked out my roof. I made a claim with my Insurance company and he helped me through the proces . He even met the insurance adjuster at my house. A week later the materials were dropped off, then a day later the work started. The job was done in one day and the crew leader was very polite and caring. He asked permission before doing or moving things. I highly recommend this company and Im very satisfied with the finished product.

attempted to charge for work not done.then charged 100.00 dollars for gluing 2 tiles on roof that my son could have done if given the option.this was all done without an estimate or option given . invoice received about 4 months after work done.

I don’t know if anyone else has had a problem finding contractors who are HONEST and do high QUALITY work without absolutely gouging on the price but I certainly have had that problem during my time in Arizona. From missed appointments to extremely poor communication throughout the process of home improvement projects, I feel like I have experienced all of the worst things...

That is until I found Tacheny Exteriors! They recently helped me with a roofing project and I must say I totally underestimated them (even to the point of being rude to them at the beginning of the process because of previous negative experiences with other contractors- sorry about that!). Not only were they prompt, professional, and proficient but they even helped consult me on a few things that would have been unnecessary expenses which kept more money in my bank account.

I highly recommend this company to anyone who has had less than stellar experiences in the past- they will show you what it’s like to truly be a valued customer!

I have used this roofing company for roof repairs in the past, but after a few storms, it was time for a full replacement. They are outstanding in both categories of service. The Contractor was able to quickly determine the need, assisted with contacting my insurance company and filing a claim, met with the insurance adjuster to point out all of defects, and explained every detail of the process with me prior to the work being done. They were able to schedule the installation sooner than originally estimated, and did an outstanding job with the installation as well as clean up afterward. He returned for a quality of work inspection, and this roofing company followed up with all of the paperwork required for the insurance agency. The entire process was MUCH easier than one would expect due to the extremely high level of customer service they provide. This roofing company is a top-tier company in all categories and I would recommend them to anyone seeking the services that they provide!
