Best Gutter Installation in Phoenix AZ

My 20-year old roof at my rental property was showing signs of wear and tear and needed a new underlayment so I hired Scott Roofing to do the new installation to replace my old roof. They did a great job, kept me informed of the progress and sent photos.

Jeff and Josiah were professional, kind, and courteous. They were on top of the installation process from beginning to end and extremely communicative. Aces!!

I have worked with a lot of contractors over the last 50 plus years and I can honestly say that TSM Roofing was one of the best experiences I have ever had. They were responsive in providing an inspection and proposal to repair my roof. In my opinion, the proposal/price was more than fair. Once accepted, the work was done in a timely manner. They showed up on time, completed the project before the estimated completion date, and cleaned up when done. Tyler and Carolyn at TSM were a joy to work with and it is fair to say that they far exceeded my expectations.

We just needed our flat roof re-coated, but they were so efficient and professional - from the initial quote with Brandon, to the completed job - they deserve a shout out. We will use them again for a new roof for our guest house.

From the initial estimate, we were very impressed with how thoroughly the examination of the existing roof was and the completeness of the description, terminology and cost explanation were. The estimator, David, was friendly, knowledgeable and professional and had our trust immediately. He also explained we had to wait a while before they could start the job due to shipping delays for all the required new and replacement roofing supplies which we appreciated so there would be no delays once the job started. When the job started on the exact day/time scheduled, the project manager, Eddie, showed up and gave us the detailed schedule and plan. Their scheduler, Abril, kept us posted on shipping and scheduling progress. She efficiently contacted us so we never had to wonder. The crew showed up bringing all the supplies which were efficiently and quickly unloaded. They began work and continued non- stop all day except for a short break for lunch. The crew was very impressive in their speed, skill and thoroughness. The dumpster they used fit nicely next to our driveway so at no time did we have trouble get cars in or out. Small detail but important one Lyons ensured. The job was finished on time and at the price and with all details spoken of initially. There were some nice extras they do standard we noticed afterwards that really made our roof well above what we expected. From beginning to end, working with Lyons Roofing has been a professional pleasure and an amazing trust-filled experience. Their work and all their people are superior in every way. Professional crew removed old roof and installed new roof. Clean-up was excellent and all trash was removed from site. Crew was very polite when we had to have contact. I would recommend this company to anyone needing a re-roofing or any repairs. I have one antenna on my roof, for my internet service, was reinstalled with no resetting by the wireless company. They had to do some work after dark and all nails was removed from the driveway using flashlights. Yard was also cleaned up in the dark. Very professional company with follow up for any questions after work was completed. I would give 10 stars if it was available!

With a small job, often it can be difficult to find a contractor who will follow through! I contacted Tacheny through Yelp because I wanted the roof inspected on my three year old home. After visits and bids from three firms, we decided to choose Tacheny. Jim, the salesperson who came out and took pictures, provided a competitive bid for a few broken tiles and flashing that needed to be reattached.
Jim was actually the same person who returned later after securing matching tiles and, in the sweltering AZ heat, replaced the broken tiles and made sure the flashing was put back in place. I have already recommended them for an inspection to neighbors and I'm glad to have done business with them!
