We hired Scott Roofing to re-roof our home last February after it was in poor shape from lack of repair and exposure to the elements. At all times during the job they were exceedingly careful to keep the job site clean and to leave no mess at the end of the day. Our family really appreciated that. We also had a lot of interaction with our roofing consultant who was a true blessing. We only have high praise for the quality of your work which we will, of course, appreciate over the years. I emailed 4 companies on a Sunday night, The only response was from Craig Brown of Brown Roofing. He came out a day or two after our initial conversation. I received two other estimates that were just a bit higher, I called Craig up to let him know I wanted him to do the job. The roof was complete 1 1/2 weeks later. The job took two full days in the Phoenix heat in June (110 degrees). Craig the owner was there to oversee both days. A great experience all around and would recommend his company to anyone.

We had some trim tiles replaced on our roof after some bad weather had taken them off. Ky-Ko was easy to work with. The staff was friendly and pleasant over the phone, the initial roof check was free and they had somebody over to fix our roof within a week. Oscar L. was professional and informed me of everything he was doing and what the process would be. He made sure it all looked good and left me some extra tiles just in case. It was very quick over-all process! I would recommend!

As part of a re-roofing project, Floyd Diaz and Bobby LaFrance recently installed a 13 solar tube for light in a very dark and awkward part of our home. Floyd shared his thoughts on placement and was careful to avoid hitting any critical supports or rafters. The end result was a well placed solar tube that solves our lighting issues. The job we completed efficiently with careful attention on cleanliness. Great job!

On December 16 Ben came out to inspect my roof because I found a leak. Ben spent about 45 minutes to an hour inspecting the roof. When he was completed, he showed me pictures of the issues he had found and explained the repairs he recommended. I had other companies inspect the roof and complete estimates. On January 11 Ernesto crew started repairs. They completed re pairs on January 14. I was very impressed by the quality of the materials, work, professionalism. They picked up trash every day before they left. I am recommending to the other houses in my housing development.

We contacted Reimagine Roofing after the crazy monsoon storms this summer with a horrendous leak. They came out right away, managing to fit us in with all of the others experiencing storm damage. The tarped our roof to prevent further damage during the ongoing storms and even came back a couple of times to make sure that the tarp held up. We got estimates from several companies which were all relatively close in price. The service from Reimagine stood out by far, they are super responsive, answer all your questions and give you honest advice about repairs vs the cheapest/less effective solution. They offered to help work with our insurance company and gave us helpful information about solar options as well. We have referred them, (Eric) to our friends who immediately texted about how great their customer service is. The did a complete roof replacement for us and we are happy with the quality and value! Friend had an interview there said it was good it was quick

Jim came to the house to inspect my 30-year old roof. He gave me a guestimate to replace the roof after climbing up and taking some pictures. His estimate came in at the same level a few days later. The crew showed up when expected and the job finished in about 10 days (there were a few break days in between, but I was expecting that). My neighbors have all replaced their roofs recently, and their tiles were distinctly color mis-matched. I was pleasantly surprised that I don't see any mismatches in my roof tile color : ) I did see 2 spots I didn't like--the tiles didn't lay well along a couple features. I called Jim and he had the crew back out to fix within a day, no push-back or extra charges. Now it looks great.

A man came out in January and we paid over $8,000 to get a new roof (half the cost). It's now mid-February and we haven't seen or heard anything since. Not happy!

Joel is the nicest and will go out of his way for anyone. I had 2 flat roofs redone and they fixed shingles at my 3rd house. Great guy!!!

We have used them for two repairs now. Happy with the quality of work. At times feels like they are a bit slow to communicate but it may be because they are a smaller company. Other than that we recommend them to all who ask us.
