They kept in touch while trying to source the correct tiles to match ours and their final work was very detailed and solid. The people who came out were very nice and efficient as well. Would use them again and also recommend highly.

We’ve had an intermediate small leak in our roof. I called Phoenix Roofing & Remodeling to have it looked at. The owner Jack came out to inspect our roof & was able very quickly identify the cause of the leak & fix it. Jack was very down to earth & professional & did a great job.

A seamless experience from beginning to end! I had seen them doing an installation in my neighborhood and liked it so much that I knew I would be pleased with having them replace my roof. From the outset, they were communicative of every step and did a wonderful job. They cleaned up completely at completion. I had several other bids prior to hiring them and seeing their work told me they were the best!

Excellent customer service. I, admittedly, was a very picky customer and wanted everything done perfectly. They were extremely receptive, responsive, and friendly to my requests, everyone down from the service manager to the technicians that came out to do the work.

Brandon came and took pictures of the damage to my roof and met with my insurance agent. Everything went very well after that. My insurance paid for the complete job but it was all because of the way Brandon was able to show them the damage. They did a wonderful job on my roof and I was very pleased. I would definately use them again when or if the need arises.
