We noticed a leak when it rained in December and William came out on NYE to determine the cause and provide an estimate. He had the work scheduled the same week we requested which was, luckily, just in time for the week of rain in January.  William is affordable, professional, and provides quality work.  I've referred him to several friends and they all agree!

I had a very good experience with Phoenix Roofing and Remodeling after last month's rains. They were the first to come and evaluate the leak and give an estimate for repairs. The price was reasonable and the job, a combination of tile replacement and flat roof repair, was done quickly and efficiently. I especially appreciated time Jack spent explaining the process and answering my questions. The crew cleaned up very well afterwards too.

We had minor roof damage due to a microburst on January 25. We noticed some loose tiles on the roof so we called Clyde Hardacker and asked for an inspection. He came out the next day and inspected our roof. He found no problem as the tiles were from our neighbors. He did find some roof tip shingles loose so he replaced them right on the spot. The charge was minimal. He has done previous work for us, by replacing flat roof top on our patio and front door overhang. I would definitely recommend him and will use him in the future. Great, friendly professional service. They re-roofed my tile roof and back patio cover. They were able to save me a ton of money by reusing the majority of my old tiles then they matched in new tiles where needed. Everything under the tiles was all new materials. I had gotten a few other quotes from other roofers and they were so much more expensive and they didn't provide me with such a great cost saving solution. What a fabulous company.

My roof is 20 years old. I had numerous damaged or missing tiles due to years of monsoon weather and a blazing sun. In addition to that, there were a couple of leaks above the garage. These were just the surface issues that were obviously very apparent. I had no idea what damage could be lying beneath that surface. I needed to do something, but wasn't sure who to contact, so I began to ask around. A coworker of mine had mentioned that his parents recently used Diversified Roofing, and were very satisfied with the results of their work. So, I gave them a call. I was scheduled to meet with one of their representatives (Daniel S.) within a few days of my initial call. When Daniel arrived, he first conducted a full inspection of my entire roof and patio. He then walked me through all of his findings. He not only mentioned the things that I knew were in need of repair, but also discussed all of the not so apparent issues. First, the underlayment was completely ineffective. As a matter of fact, it disintegrated upon contact, and was in desperate need of replacement. Second, he explained that the roof cricket was not preventing the accumulation of water properly, therefore creating one of the leaks above the garage. He also pointed out that my patio roof had significant water damage, which I had never noticed, and needed to be resurfaced as well. There were a few other minor things as well. Daniel never made me feel like he was upselling me, but instead, looking out for my best interest. He just wanted to provide me with the information that I needed to make the best decision. He emailed the proposal to me which included not only the estimate, but a labelled aerial view of my roof, along with a comprehensive list of the scope of work which was to be performed. Quite frankly, the estimate came in a bit less than I expected. Needless to say, that was a pleasant surprise. So, I awarded Daniel the project. Now, they just had to deliver, and boy did they ever. I received a call from Jon (foreman for my project). Jon coordinated the installation and scheduled the work to begin just a few weeks after the contract had been signed. The day prior to the installation, materials had been dropped off at the house. Early the next day, a crew of 6 showed up and first began to lay plastic, where necessary, around the perimeter of the home. This made for easy clean up at the end. This crew work diligently for 2 straight 8+ hour days. I was very impressed with their work ethic. Yes, it was a bit noisy, with all of the hammering and walking on the roof, but that was to be expected. Due to a prior engagement on day 2, we were not present when they were finish with the installation. When we got home, and much to our surprise, we found the yard all around the house to be absolutely free and clear of any debris. It was as though no one had ever been there. I was completely 100% satisfied. I have to say that after my personal observance, I can't express enough, the appreciation I have for people willing to perform this scope of labor. I highly recommend Diversified Roofing to anyone who needs help with their roofing repairs, replacement or new build. Just remember to ask for Daniel S.

I can’t say enough about all the superb attributes shown by In-Ex Design and their staff in providing me with an excellent new roof. As my house was built in 1988, it was going to need someone with extensive experience and knowledge to replace a bad roof. From the beginning with Daryl to the final product, not one thing went wrong!! I’m not used to that with any contractor. The roofing crew was fabulous, clean and totally helpful with everything.
