I live in an apartment. Renco was redoing roof and removed my satilite dish. No cable all day with no warning this was going to happen! Was reinstalled while I was gone, got home to see only a few channels! A guy from Renco came and tried adjusting the dish, unfortunately I got no call telling me he was coming so when I got home It was worse!! Had NO channels! He did come back next day tried to adjust but had no luck!!! I sit FIVE DAYS WITHOUT SATILITE!!! BEFORE DIRECT COULD COME!!! MIGHT NOT WANT TO MESS WITH SOMETHING YOU KNOW NOTHING ABOUT!! MAYBE TAKE A PICTURE OF DISH SO YOU GUYS CAN MAYBE PUT IT BACK IN SAME SPOT!!! AS FAR AS THERE ROOFING! THEY CAME BACK FEW DAYS AGO AND PUT COATING ON! ALL OVER SIDEWALKS FROM DRIPS!!

I recently had my shingle roof replaced. Brown Roofing came in with the lowest bid of 3 vendors. They were able to schedule me within 2 weeks which was impressive. A friend of mine recently used them and said they did an excellent job on his house. They completed the job in 1 day and left my yard cleaner than it was before they arrived. The owner Craig even helped me out by extending out 2 scuppers which were not in the original scope of work. When I need to have my flat roof redone, I’ll be calling Brown Roofing!

Mikku and Sons did our roof in 2018 and it leaked within 6 months causing water damage to our ceiling drywall. We let them know, and they sent out on of their personnel who said he couldn’t see a leak or any issues, and they would not cover costs for the damage inside. We called again and asked them to send someone else. He found the issue and fixed it by caulking a couple different locations. He also said their warranty and guarantee does not cover any interior damage. What good is a warranty if their poor workmanship causes water damage inside your house? Issue is still not resolved.

I have a 20-year old 2-story house with a barrel-tiled gabled roof. Two of the upstairs rooms in the house have flat roofs above them, and both of those rooms had leaks. The roof portion that was gabled wasn't leaking, but considering the age of the house, I decided to replace it all. Kevin gave me an estimate and explained that they would remove the tile, strips, etc and go down to bare plywood, seal up any perforations, and then put a new underlayment down. They installed flashings, and furring strips , re-used the existing tiles (replacing any that were broken or cracked). They finished the entire thing in 4 or 5 days, and cleaned up the debris and hauled it away. Right after they finished the job, we had several straight days of October rain. I did not get any water in the house where the previous leaks existed so now I'm confident that it was well worth choosing Almeida Roofing. I'm very happy with their transferrable guarantee so that once I sell the house, the new owners can rest easy over their remaining portion of the 10 years.

Castile Roofing did a great job on my roof! Chris completed a roof repair after I moved into my new home. He was responsive, on time, accommodating to my schedule, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Alex over the phone was great on getting everything finalized. I hired this company to replace a small 15x15 foot walk deck in December 2017. The project didn’t get completed until two month later. After completion it was obvious after the first rainfall that the slope of the floor was off and redirecting the water away from the drain causing dozens of gallons of standing water. . Keep in mind that this was never the original problem. At this point it became hard to get a hold of anyone in the company. Finally I got William to return my call. His reply to the problem was that standing water on my walk deck ( living space) was acceptable to code as long as it evaporated within a few days. That was not the case here, this water was planning on sitting here for weeks. I played by his rules and watched the water sit and sit and sit. I reached out to him a week later, finally he suggested a solution which was to cut a half inch ditch from a 3x8 foot space out of the floor to redirect the water. This part I don’t get because part of the original repare was to remove the old subfloor and replace it with new ply board but I thought oh well I’m sure they know what they are doing. Weeks later the crew showed up to work on the repair. They worked for a day or two then mysteriously abandoned the project. I waited about two weeks before I had to call the company and ask why they left the project exposed and abandoned. Several weeks went by before they would return and finally complete the repair. 6 months later when they finally “finish”and the final result looks awful... the epoxy was left with over a dozen 2 inch bubbles in the area of their patch up repair and the ditch they carved makes the area on the walk deck a tripping hazard. And guess what, The deck still holds water. I swore I would never do business with this company again or even want to deal with them until now. Last week with all the rainfall I have noticed my new walk deck by Patterson Roofing was leaking. The water has now entered my house and has caused damage all down my dining room wall. Now I’m left to repaint and deal with potential mold. I called and left a message for William four days ago and still have not gotten a call back. I feel like they have taken advantage of my patients and tolerance. I expect a call back and want the work redone. This is the last chance I give Patterson Roofing before it escalate this to the next level.

After roof damage from monsoons, Brian came out right away to give me an estimate, then tarped the roof (during another rain storm). They were competitively price and quick to respond. My roof was completed from start to finish in two days. Fantastic job and clean up. Have already recommended them to neighbors.

If you are looking for a metal roof these are the guys - this is ALL they do. Had a great experience with the salesman Alex, field rep Jim and office staff Lori. Our roof was in bad shape and while Vertex couldn't get to our house immediately, they did tarp our roof pending the install. The crew removed the old shingle roof and did a great clean-up job. The metal roof was installed professionally and long before promised. Our home looks better, has increased in value and we couldn't be happier!

I opted to have Reyes Roofing remove my old roof (2 layers of asphalt shingles) and reinstall a new roof. I have a single story house roughly 1800 square feet, apparently the rough was double in sq/ft of what my actual floor plan. My list of contractors that quoted me was approximately 10, some responded quickly, others not so much - the criteria I used to select those ten were as followed: 1) Registrar of Contractors (AZ ROC) in good standing with no previous or pending complaints, 2) A member of the BBB of AZ - also with no pending or previous complaints, 3) More than 5 years in the roofing industry as listed by AZ ROC, 4) listed by either Certainteed or Malarkey Roofing materials as a contractor for residential installations - the two shingle manufacturers I choose as suitable materials.
Ultimately most of the bids were very close; ranging from 16,000 - 12,000 dollars to complete the job. Reyes Roofing was my choice for several reasons; 1) simple and precise contract (some contracts had added fees - first layer of roof included, second layer would be billed at a per sq/ft basis, etc, etc), 2) the length of guarantee on workmanship - many contracts only quoted a guarantee/warranty on labor/workmanship of one year (something I felt was a palsy sum since the two types of roofing are lifetime warranty architectural laminated shingles (laymen terms multi-tab 30 year shingle) {Reyes offers 10 years as part of the quote}, and 3) Price.
I was not disappointed, my quote was exact, included taxes, fees, and there was no limitations or expressed loop-holes that other quotes I had received had. Scheduling was simple, albeit not on my part - I had specific requests to prevent messing with my work schedule that other bidders did not promise any type of possibility to adhere to.
Removal of the two layers of roof was relatively simple, all and any debris that fell on the ground was picked up at the end of each work day. Installation was just as simple, they took roughly two and a half days - first day removal, second day completed removal and applied roof to about 75% complete, third day completion and removal of trailer full of debris.
Contact was simple, any calls were answered promptly, and the only one time I left a message, it was returned in a timely manner.
Knowing now what I know and if I had to do it all over again, I wouldn't hesitate to choose Reyes Roofing.
