When there is a No Soliciting sign right above the doorbell… and they still ring it and try to sell you something? Imagine how much they will ignore you if you were actually a customer. Truly disappointing when a company has no ethics and pushes employees to bluntly ignore consumer’s wishes to just make a sale.

Kevin with Almeida did not fulfill contract installation of critical parts of the Roof work wich caused future leaks. When called upon to warranty the work or finish the installation of work that was supposed to have been done he was aggressive and unprofessional. A simple resolution could have been achieved but they did not want to fullfil the contract or do what is right. WARNING! do not use this company..... Poor work and require Yearly maintenance work to hold a warranty they won't stand behind.

We received a second opinion from Castile based on a quote we received from a competitor and Chris was 100% up front and honest and saved our family money and time. We really appreciated that. I had a 12,000 square foot re-roof job done at my Paradise Valley home by Patterson and it was mired in trouble from the beginning. Delays, horrible communication, and the worst part was that the workmanship and finish were very bad. We also had workers showing up at random times in the evenings without notice walking on our roof which made us concerned. Owner offered (in writing mind you) to fix the poor quality finishes to only backtrack because I wouldn't remove my online reviews (have that in writing too). Professionalism and integrity lacking here. We regret choosing Patterson roofing. Now we need to pay another firm to fix his mistakes. But if we do, they won't honor the 15 year warranty we paid for. Buyer beware!
