Best Commercial New Roofing in Phoenix AZ

We were very happy with the work that they did for us. All of the employees were friendly and pleasant to deal with, and they did a good job cleaning up the work area. We have used Scott Roofing twice now. I would recommend this company.

Excellent customer service and work!

I am a return customer for this company. I had my home re-roofed a couple of years ago and they did a great job. So when my rental needed a roof I automatically called them. Once again, I was not disappointed. The job was completed on time, the work site was kept clean, any communications between the foreman, and/or the home office, were professional and responsive. If I had another house to re-roof, Allstate would get the call.

Very professional and knowledgable. Lars was efficient and his follow through excellent. Devon was above and beyond to get the job done. The crew was perfect and did the job fast and clean up was great.

We contracted KY-KO Roofing after 5 other bids. They offered a special rate which is normal in the business as an incentive to hire quickly. They were contracted to do a commercial roof, old ceramic tiles of which we had to match, as well as a insulation from to cover a patio and HVAC duct. They showed up and knocked the job out. They were very responsive, respectfully, and got the job done within one week. I would recommend KY-KO any day.

Job done was fantastic! The crew never bugged did their job and were out of here. They did amazing. Sarah and Ashley did phenomenal job.

Had them put on a new roof for us. It has leaked now 3 times in 2.5 years, and they have been either slow to respond or unresponsive to our calls to have it repaired under their warranty. Lack of response has created ceiling damage, to which they also have not responded in our request to fix.

Lenin and Alfonso were kind, prompt, and the work completed was thorough and affordable! Will use Castile roofing for any future repairs.

Owners are honest and easy to communicate with. Employees worked all day every day and were always on time and courteous. My experience was excellent from the start. Korbin was a top notch salesman very knowledgeable about the whole roofing process. The project on my house took the expected 2 weeks. The guys always arrived on time and for at least 3/4 of the 2 weeks worked 10 hour days. They always cleaned up at the end of each day and were always polite and professional. Precision Roofing LLC was extremely thorough when replacing our roof. They kept us well informed through every step of the process, from the pictures showing the damage, choosing the color and type of shingles to maintain great communication with the insurance company until the job was completed. Wow! What can I say? A free roof from insurance?! Neil Burnett was my project manager and did a spectacular job. The whole time I was worried that I was going to be hit with a huge bill, but at the end of the job, all I owed the young man was my deductible. Still can't believe how smooth and professional this process was. My wife and I will be recommending this company to family and friends.

These people take advantage of veterans! They lied! They try to take all your money that an insurance company gives you to fix things after hail damage! They promised to take care of everything and don't do anything but threaten to take out a lean on ur house! Come in to ur house start ripping things apart and use scare tactics on u so they can rip u off!! They charge you for things other roofing companies do for free! Like putting plastic on your house to protect it and they don't even cover your whole roof. 2 days later it blows off your roof and they never come back to fix it but yet want $3,000. And then they tell you a new roof would cost you $15,000 and they charge you $21,000. Don't use this company just a big rip off!!!!!!!!!

You will not find a better, more reliable, incredible roofing company than Precision . Their work was exceptional, their prices are fair, they arrived as promised every day and are so passionate about getting the job done properly. Million stars.
