Good thing that they responded immediately! The team fixed and repaired my roofs thanks to their fast and efficient work. I have worked with Castile Roofing twice. Both times required me to provide oversight. When the incorrect color was installed, I had to call and they replaced the roof. When they left my bare roof uncovered during a rainstorm, I had to call for them to put up a tarp. When the interior of my house was damaged from the rain, I had to demand that they help.

They have now made efforts to get me squared away. The new roof looks good and hopefully every thing works out.

Kris Chavez and the crew that the did the roof replacement were very Professional and I recommend these folks for any project. They were the most efficient and courteous of any contractor I have met in the Valley in the 45 years I have lived here.

The work was started when they said it would be, by a crew that was , professional, quick and extremely neat. The work took a mere two days, and you wouldn't have know anyone had been here. I had my roof redone about a year with Reimagine Roofing which all went great. But what I want to praise even more is this summer we noticed our AC Drain wasn't place quite right and was dripping down the roof and on to the Patio. Reimagine Roofing, particular Steve came out and fixed it, but then noticed it could be done even better so the drain doesn't clog. He came out AGAIN (which he didn't need to do, I would have never known) fixed it even better. No charge, no hassles, no avoiding labor warranties.. it was great service, very pleased.

These people take advantage of veterans! They lied! They try to take all your money that an insurance company gives you to fix things after hail damage! They promised to take care of everything and don't do anything but threaten to take out a lean on ur house! Come in to ur house start ripping things apart and use scare tactics on u so they can rip u off!! They charge you for things other roofing companies do for free! Like putting plastic on your house to protect it and they don't even cover your whole roof. 2 days later it blows off your roof and they never come back to fix it but yet want $3,000. And then they tell you a new roof would cost you $15,000 and they charge you $21,000. Don't use this company just a big rip off!!!!!!!!!

I highly recommend Zona Roofing! Great experience from the get go. Ryan came out and inspected the roof. He even discussed cost saving measures with me. The work was done quickly and they cleaned up everything. I appreciated that Ryan gave me several options and discussed pricing. Jessica in the office is fantastic! Very easy to work with and helped with scheduling and payment. We will definitely use Zona Roofing again if we have any roofing issues!
