Brown Roofing installed our roof last week. We went with this company after talking to 5 others. We are so pleased with the quality of the work and the wonderful customer service. Jesse and Craig answered all of our questions. The crew did a great job and cleaned up thoroughly after they finished. Highly recommend this company!

I can’t even begin to tell you how much we appreciate this company!

We have had them out multiple times over the past few years due to Monsoons and they are without doubt the most honest and honorable company I have worked with.

Our first experience was water on a ceiling after a Monsoon. They came out and inspected and showed us that it was a fluke, the way the rain hit the roof and with the force it just somehow got in the ceiling. There was nothing wrong with the roof and they said NO CHARGE. We had the ceiling repaired, all good.

Another time for a tile repair, nice and simple.

And most importantly this past month. We found tile on the ground one morning and knew it was from the storm the night before. I called them immediately and they inspected and scheduled repair. Absolutely perfect They finished the work and my husband saw a scratch where the repair was done and told the repair man. He did tell us he didn’t do it but his supervisor would look at it and send him back if necessary. We were 100% sure they had, who else was 12 feet in the air exactly where the tile was replaced? As it turned out, I had asked our landscaper to cut the very tall tree shorter so when they came to repair the tile it wouldn’t happen again and they had room to work.

The Ky-Ko supervisor came the next day and as it turned out showed us multiple spots that were scratched on both sides of the house. That said , it was clearly the landscapers accident. To our disbelief, Ky-Ko said “no problem” we will send someone out to paint it for you. Which they did the very next day. I can’t even explain the work ethic and culture of this company. They are experts at what they do and go ABOVE AND BEYOND for customer satisfaction!

I am sorry this is so long but I don’t even know if it’s long enough to tell you how much we respect this company and how great full we are to them.

What they provide is just something that is very uncommon these days. AWESOMENESS!

From the beginning of the process to the end, Stonecreek Roofing impressed! The estimator listened to my needs and gave me a competitive bid that included what I needed, and nothing I didn’t. Stonecreek communicated timelines and arrived when they said they would. A customer service person was in touch frequently and eager to answer any questions and address any concerns - but there weren’t any! I would recommend getting bids from other companies , if they will even call you back, and then getting a bid from Stonecreek. They will get the job done on time, and it will look great!

I am by no means knowledgeable about roofing, and as a young woman I am often brushed aside or treated with contempt by professionals in the home/auto/repairs industries. Matt Glover was a joy to work with! There was no pressure from him to replace my roof, but simply laid out all the details about the procedure, including working with my insurance company. The crew was on time, respectful of my property, and finished the job, complete with cleanup, in just over 8 hours. The roof looks great! ****** In response to the comments by the roofer**** I have never wanted to sell my home. I was recommend by my good friend and Realtor to this company. Never assume that someone is selling their house.... we all know what they say about assuming. I was NEVER and WILL NEVER be selling this home. The owners comments are inaccurate. Second I have since filed an insurance claim and my insurance along with 3 other roofing companies have all told me my roof is in excellent condition and does not need a full replacement. Bonnie is just a bully. STAY FAR FAR AWAY. I was recommended this roofing company by my realtor. The owner was very nice he came out and looked at my roof. I was confident they could help me. He sent his team out, he did not come with and they proceeded to fix my roof. I was concerned as the wood on the interior is starting to rot from water damage. The kid who came out told me I should have it replaced but the owner assured me it didn't. A week later another good rain came through and my roof was still leaking significantly. I contacted the roofing company and they said they were coming out to fix it. I left work to wait for them and an hour after they said they were coming o got a call telling me they were just refunding me my money. I did receive a refund. They told me it was because I was unclear on what I wanted. As when I discussed the not fixed roof I had stated I was concerned that they were not able to fix it and I may need to call insurance due to the water damage. Would not recommend.

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL OFFICE STAFF AND ACCOUNTING - ESPECIALLY DURING A GLOBAL PANDEMIC !!!!

We had Capstone Roofing come give an estimate and set up an appointment a week later for the roof to be repaired.

The repair specialist did the repair and said that he would make sure to perform a quality test on the roof and we agreed that would be ideal to insure the repair was sufficient. That was in early April. The test of the roof was never performed.

In addition to that miscommunication we just received a threatening notice that our payment was overdue - even though this final test has not been completed and the repair was only done two weeks ago - so payment is technically not even due for two more weeks.

The person I spoke with was totally unprofessional and not at all empathetic that we are in the middle of a global pandemic and that we will be sure to make payment when it is due in two weeks - they are completely tone deaf and not at all concerned for the customer!!

The way this was handled in all ways was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and I definitely would not recommend this service.

We had about 4 other quotes and this company was not the cheapest nor was it the most expensive. We went with them because they were thorough about what they were including in the price and were able to complete it in a timely manner (they actually came on a Saturday to do the final touches). From the time workers arrived, they were professional and courteous in regards to needing gates open, cleaning up after themselves, and letting me know if they were done for the day or planning to return. The roof looks beautiful, and we are very pleased with our decision to go with Diversified!
