Best Coating in Phoenix AZ

We used Arrowhead Deck & Pools to replace pool tile and update pool equipment. They showed up on time for all appointments, completed all work on schedule and were very professional throughout the process (I wish all contractors held themselves to AD&P’s standards).

I have to admit, when we needed our walk deck repaired and resurfaced, we were a little nervous going with a young company, but choosing Bill Hendricks and Fun N Sun Walk Decks to complete the work was the best decision we could have made! They show up when they say they will, the price you are quoted is the price you pay (no surprises or upsells), and they are extremely professional. Bill and his team are also very friendly, polite, and responsive! We were in a situation where we needed images of our repairs, and Bill went above and beyond documenting every step of the process for us. He also understood the time constraints we were working with and completed the work very expeditiously.

What a difference. I had Bob and his crew put a new coating on my pool deck. I opted for a flagstone pattern to match the existing decor. They did a great job and delivered exactly what was promised. I have more projects in the garage and front yard that Bob will definitely be doing. Thanks again.

It has been 9 months since I did the Epoxy coating. There are random yellow stains from the elements that will not be removed. The upper coating has been peeling off from wear and tear.

The team was good to work with when they were doing the job but I have called a few times to see if they had any suggestions on how to remove these stains and there hasn't been a response.

My wife and I are very pleased with the resurfacing and restaining of our patio, kool deck and sidewalk in our backyard and along the side of our house. The color we picked turned out wonderful!

Is there a such thing as negative stars? I would employ this rating if I could. I chose slide lok after getting referred by a friend who seemed satisfied with his garage floor. Well…after 4 attempts to complete my project, numerous excuses, poor customer service and then being completely ghosted by the installer, my floor is starting to peel 5 months after completion. I contacted the corporate office in AZ for help with this but have not even received a courtesy phone call after 2 calls and a detailed email. I am posting this review to help others avoid a very expensive mistake. Please consider other installers for your home. Stay as far from these individuals as possible.

Buildco transformed our backyard. As soon as I made the phone call they came out to discuss our ideas on the yard, gave a fair estimate in a timely manner and started and completed the project as scheduled. From the initial estimate with Gary to discussing the project throughout its duration with Joe to open and clear communication with Rosemary for payments, we could not be happier that we went with this company. He took out our window at our request the job looks horrible u can see it from the street and the inside looks like a pre school student did this. We have waited for 4 days to have him come back and fix it no showed. Cause we will call the az roc and go after him what a flake do not use this business for anything
