Best Clean And Repair in Phoenix AZ

Called for an estimate to fix a leak in my roof. Agreed to meet between noon and 1pm and even offered to give me a 30 minute heads up call so I knew when to leave work. Day of the visit and I leave work to be home at noon and I see the Scott Roofing truck driving away from my house at 12:06 as I'm about a block away. No warning phone call, no phone call to say they were at my house. I called their phone number and I was forwarded to Maggie 's voicemail to reschedule my estimate. I don't feel like they want my business at all.

Follow up: I had called and requested a reschedule and they haven't returned my call in over 2 business days.

Jeff was always accessible during the whole project. He was always a phone call away. He really delivered when the project was going on. After it was all done last year he stood behind all the small stuff. I would highly recommend them.

Within 2 weeks of moving across country to Sun City West, my home owner's insurance company advised me they were going to cancel my policy if I didn't replace my roof. Even though the home inspector stood by his claim my roof should last another year or two, I started the process of getting feedback and estimates from roofers. Sheldon took pictures up on my roof and explained what he saw up there. I felt his assessment was honest and his estimate came through as most affordable. Sheldon kept me informed through the process, including when materials were going to be dropped off and the work would begin. Fantastic crew finished AND cleaned up in one day. RENCO has taken care of my roof since 2010 when they stripped it & put on a new roof, they also reseal it for me every 5 years. I have a small section of tile that they installed new underlayment. I have recommended them to my friends and clients since 2010 & continue to do so. The are clean, professional & do a great job. I've never had a leak.

I was incredibly impressed with Mikku & Sons. They made time in their schedule to come out to inspect my roof shortly after I called, the same day. Roof repair was completed as quoted. Repair was completed in a professional manner and installer was quick to identify what needed to be done and had the proper supplies and tools to complete task. Before and after pictures helped demonstrate completion of repair.

Since I was not available for final completion of repair I was unable to verify if 4 tiles that had cracks were repaired or replaced. I had discussed this during the quote process. Since there was a cement grout before the repair if that needed to be done again.

I called all over to get quotes for a new roof and Multi Pro Roof Solutions gave me a quote that I was very happy with. I called Patrick and he set me up with Hayden. Hayden took care of everything. Hayden was very Professional and friendly. He was on site throughout the day. They striped the roof down to the wood and put everything back together. He even replaced some of the wood that was bad. Clean up was fantastic. When they were done you couldn't even tell they were there other than the new roof that also looked fantastic. As you can tell I was happy with Hayden his crew and Multi Pro Roof Solutions.

If you are looking to have your roof serviced or, in my case, replaced then look no further than Stapleton Roofing. After interviewing 4 different roof contractors, I was blown away by what was offered from Stapleton. But before you pass judgement that I might not be qualified, here is my story.
Everyone in Phoenix remembers the hail storm of 2010 and the damage it left in its wake. We did the wrong thing and hired a company based on price alone - HUGE mistake. I had more leaks with that roof done by an inferior company.
Additionally, I have a neighbor with a birdseed block who feeds birds that like to roost on MY roof. Those birds poked holes throughout my roof, too. You can't pick your neighbors but you can pick roofing companies with solutions for the problems.
After 4 kitchen pans for drips, a huge hole in the ceiling in our master bedroom to a CRAZY leak and bird holes everywhere, I did the search.
It is rare to find good trades and even more rare to find ethical trades. Stapleton actually listened to my issues and did not give me a standard answer that the other roof contractors provided. And they did everything they said they would do.
I felt the contract was a good value but what I learned is you NEVER want to take shortcuts with a roof - I learned that the hard way.
In summary, Stapleton Roofing is awesome and you'll like the results.
