Best Clean And Repair in Phoenix AZ

1) Was charged double fee for 1st time service for additional work. Only worked 40 minutes for $150 and never made over charge right.
2) Was never asked about over seeding so we requested over seeding for winter lawn 2 weeks ago and was told owner would make contact. Still have not heard back.
3) Was told irrigation would be addressed as part of initial visit. Find out only sprinklers system timer is checked as part of service. Sprinkler timer was still too much as flooding in areas continued.
4) We have hired an outside company to investigate leak. 3 Sprinkler heads were broken and one section of sprinkler system was timed too long as it was flooding the area as per licensed contractor.
5) Every other week service was rescheduled by one to three days.

This company was certainly not above or beyond nor did they deliver on promised service.

I reached out to Moe about a fairly large cleanup project one afternoon after another company failed to show up. He immediately returned my call, asked questions, and provided a rough estimate. Within another couple of hours, at 4pm, he was at my house. He was able to complete the job in a timely manner, and exceeded all my expectations. I'll definitely be using him again in the future.

Removed a dead tree and a tree stump plus a little trimming. Crew was very nice and left everything clean when done.

Had them out to clear the back of the property that was filled with Stag horn Chollas and other native desert scrub, as well as several overgrown palo verdes. Came out on a Saturday to provide an estimate and were able to start the work on my schedule. Spent 2 days clearing out the desert and left it better than I had expected. They were very respectful, wore masks, and kept their distance when needed. Would recommend and will use them again for any landscaping needs.

Chris and his team came into a mess. My yard/garden was very overgrown and needed some serious help. They were perfect for my situation - I like it to look a little overgrown, but neat. They asked how I wanted things done before trimming, hand-clipped where appropriate, cleaned up a year's worth of leaves in a hidden garden area and more. They were also very pleasant. My yard/garden looks great. This was my first experience and I look forward to working with AMS in the future.

Our palo verde tree had grown massive roots through part of our app-controlled sprinkler system (whoops), and we had our usual landscaper, our arborist, and our general contractor all make an attempt at figuring out how to replace the electrical cords and get our sprinklers functional again. Eventually, we asked the old owners of our house who had originally installed our system, and they told us Divine Design Landscaping.

Turns out, Divine Design was NOT the original creators of the sprinkler system, but they were able to come out within a week and diagnose and fix in one day what our other contractors had struggled with for multiple days each before giving up. On day two, when I turned on the sprinklers, we had a brand new flood in an odd corner of our yard, and Nathan's team showed up the next day again and fixed whatever additional problem had appeared, no questions asked.

Highly recommend this group. They're extremely professional, prompt, and were able to figure out immediately what other contractors could not. Super happy that our trees are now receiving an appropriate amount of water going into the hot summer months!

They showed up and took care of the weeds, bushes, backyard lawn, and our troublesome palm tree, all under three hours, and it looks fantastic! Kept an open dialogue and we're very happy with how it all looks now. Will hire for monthly services.

Very unprofessional!!!! On the day I was to meet Dustin - he called to ask me to meet him right away - 5 hours before our scheduled appt (an appt I made the previous week). Apparently, it was more convenient for him to meet earlier. I could not drop everything to meet w/ him then since I was @ work. He agreed to meet at our appt time. He then texted a message to me AT our appt time, saying that he can't make it because he has another landscape job. Unbelievable!! Obviously, we're done! I think I dodged a bullet not dealing w/ these people.

My grandparents were using Lobo landscaping for about a year. The first job they did was thorough, trimming bushes, mowing and removing debris. After that, they spend an average of 10min blowing leaves and leave! They charged my grandparents (who are on a very limited income) $900 worth of fees without telling them first because they forgot to take it out monthly. Regardless, they are not worth the $100/mo, that they said would be $60!

The crew that came over were amazing. My front and back yard definitely appreciated their expertise!

ArborCraft tree service is simply put, Awesome. I run a 90 acre RV Resort with approximately 3,000 homes with RV sites. Clayton came out gave me an estimate. Couldn't refuse it so had him first remove 3 very large trees, at least 80 to 100 feet. They removed them with no evidence left behind. Residents in the park were baffled as there was nothing to show the trees existed
