I can't say enough about how good Scott Roofing Company is to work with and their work is above the highest standard. When issues were found they fixed them without hesitation and with no extra charge. The workers were easy to work with and very professional. The supervisor was also on the job site most of the time ensuring that they job was done correct and also pitched in doing his share of the work. They listened to me the customer and helped me understand what was gong on all the time always offering suggestions to the end results. I was not discouraged to ask questions when I had them. They were on the job on time and never left until the job was completed even working in o the night using flashlights to finish. I would recommend this company to anyone and rate them an A++

Noticed a problem with two rows of roofing tiles, that had not been glued correctly. TSM responded quickly, scheduled repairs to fit my need, and kept in contact over a short waiting period. Their tech, Dustin, and their office kept in touch with updates on arrival times. Dustin fixed the immediate issues, checked the rest of the roof, shared photos of all the roof areas, and took care of the problem quickly and efficiently. He explained everything in detail. The cost was well within reason. I highly recommend this company for all roofing needs.

If I could give them zero stars I would. Our builder used them so when the storm hit in July and tiles were damaged I thought they would be the best company to go with since they put them on initially. It took them 5 weeks just to come out, when I called to get an update, a couple months later, they had no record of coming out so They sent someone else, happened to be the same guy and he told me he never turned in his service notes the first time, so that’s why they had no record. I Called two weeks later to confirm that they got the service notes this time and they still couldn’t locate my account and had no idea what I was talking about. Keep in mind I spoke to the same guy, James several times.

Never assume that someone is selling their house.... we all know what they say about assuming. I was NEVER and WILL NEVER be selling this home. The owners comments are inaccurate. Second I have since filed an insurance claim and my insurance along with 3 other roofing companies have all told me my roof is in excellent condition and does not need a full replacement. Bonnie is just a bully. STAY FAR FAR AWAY. I was recommended this roofing company by my realtor. The owner was very nice he came out and looked at my roof. I was confident they could help me. He sent his team out, he did not come with and they proceeded to fix my roof. I was concerned as the wood on the interior is starting to rot from water damage. The kid who came out told me I should have it replaced but the owner assured me it didn't. A week later another good rain came through and my roof was still leaking significantly. I contacted the roofing company and they said they were coming out to fix it. I left work to wait for them and an hour after they said they were coming o got a call telling me they were just refunding me my money. I did receive a refund. They told me it was because I was unclear on what I wanted. As when I discussed the not fixed roof I had stated I was concerned that they were not able to fix it and I may need to call insurance due to the water damage. Would not recommend.

Korbyn was the salesman I dealt with, he explained the entire process, timing of the work and payment schedule. Once the date was scheduled for the roof to be installed things went very quickly. The crew was pleasant, polite, and worked 10-12 hours a day. Robert, the foreman kept me informed of any issues. The machine they used to shape the metal to the precise measurements for my roof was amazing, in an hour and a half all the sheets were prepared and ready to go! Great job!

WARNING: This is a dishonest company, and I would never use them again.

The estimator gives you the feeling that everything will be taken care of, and that they will own this section of the roof, which couldn't be farther from the truth.
My roof was bowed up in a fairly large area on one slope of the roof. I assumed bad plywood or something similar. This was very well communicated to both the estimator and the roofing team that came on site, yet the problem was largely ignored.
At the end of the job, the roof looked ok, but within a short time it was bowed up again. Although they did come out to inspect the roof again, their findings indicated that there were issues with some trusses that had not been installed or sized properly, which needed to be trimmed off.
I was frustrated that this wasn't found to begin with, but was perfectly willing to pay for additional repairs to have the work done, until I saw the estimate to charge ME for all new shingles/reinstallation in an area they just replaced. Why should I pay twice for the same job that wasn't done correctly to begin with? I would have easily paid for the work unrelated to that.
I made a logical argument that they should cut me a break on the shingles, since it was they who had failed to diagnose the roof properly, but they wouldn't budge, not a penny. At this point I am having to cut my losses, as I certainly was not going to let them double dip on these charges.

In any case, I'd think twice before using this company because they don't stand behind their work, and will take your money and run.

I gave him the address and Jason came to the house fixed EVERYTHING the same day! Then they barely charged us for the work work they did. Such amazing work for an honest price. The owner came and inspected our roof after having a home inspection for the sale of our home. We needed someone to come quickly as we had a closing date approaching and he came out, gave me all the information of what needed to be fixed and came back in two days to complete the work. He was quick, fair and was very thorough in his work. We will definitely be using this company for any roofing need in the future. It was a pleasure working with them.
