Tyler of TSM was attentive to all of my needs which, because I have 32 solar panels, were probably more numerous than the usual home. He was careful of and diligent in everything involved in re-roofing my entire house. Furthermore, he and his crew treated my premises like it was their own.

Great service and work performed as scheduled. I liked their quality control team that inspected the job after it was completed.

Work was done professionally and as promised.
Clean up was good but they should not use blower to blow small bits into grass.

We had great experience with Lenin. He repaired water drain canal and the leak on the roof. He is very nice, punctual and charged reasonable price. We didn't feel any inconvinience while he was working on the roof. We are going to have him for installing the gutters too. We highly recommend him.

These guys are awesome. They just put a new roof on my house and built a patio overhang. The finished product is great. They showed a lot of character in dealing with the insurance claim specialist after the claim was initially denied they met with them and looked closer. After a meeting with PHX R&R and the insurance adjuster the insurance claim went through. I think the claim was accepted in part due to how professional and polite they were in pointing out some 50/50 items on my roof to the insurance adjuster. To finish it off they got my roof done for me before Thanksgiving and in between rain storms. Thank you Phoenix R&R!!

I hired Multi-Pro after hiring a bad roofing company. Patrick and Kris were understanding to my situation and timeline. They not only listened but heard my concerns. They provided me with a comprehensive estimate and photos explaining exactly what needed to be done to repair and shingle my very neglected and damaged roof and structure. They provided me with pictures and updates during the entire process. I would most definitely recommend this company to anyone who wants a quality job done by a company and staff with integrity, excellent communication skills, quality workmanship and who stands behind their work.

They blocked my driveway with there trailer for a week. There was a rain delay on there ability to roof so they left there trailer in my driveway for 5 days, moving it on the 5th day. I had a vehical parked on the side of there trailer because I could not access my driveway. While they were roofing they damaged that vehicals paint. Then they blamed it on the weather and will not take responsibility. In addition the rain rails/flashing they removed were bent from the removal process and they refused them. It looks terrible and it will probably leak. I do not recommend this company.

In response to the comment below: If you are the owner or one of them, I suggest you speak with James. He is aware of the issues I have had and he said he spoke with the owner and the owner was not interested in the damage to my vehicle. And if you are the owner I suggest you contact me and I will show you the security footage of shingles hitting my vehical. I will also so you the securaty footage of me singing the check. DRC helped me when my roof blew off my large storage shed. Had a crew out the next day and completed a re-roof with new drip edge. Great work and extremely responsive to our situation. I would definitely recommend them for your next roofing install or repair.
