Save yourself some time and skip this company. Their bid was 5x the next best bid I received. That is not an exaggeration. Why so greedy? Perhaps they thought i was an easy mark?

We bought a house with a flat roof that was in bad shape. We did a lot of research and had 3 companies come out to bid. One of our bids recommended a total new roof while Brown and another said the roof was in good enough shape that a recoat would be just fine and save a bundle. We went with Brown and they did a fantastic job. Dean explained a lot of details that made everything easy to understand. When the first tech came out to prep the roof he was also very helpful; we had a storm coming in and he helped me put a tarp over a shed that had a leaky roof (a project for another day.) Anyway, the pricing was fair and they did an outstanding job.

We had some trim tiles replaced on our roof after some bad weather had taken them off. Ky-Ko was easy to work with. The staff was friendly and pleasant over the phone, the initial roof check was free and they had somebody over to fix our roof within a week. Oscar L. was professional and informed me of everything he was doing and what the process would be. He made sure it all looked good and left me some extra tiles just in case. It was very quick over-all process! I would recommend!

I hired Multi-Pro after hiring a bad roofing company. Patrick and Kris were understanding to my situation and timeline. They not only listened but heard my concerns. They provided me with a comprehensive estimate and photos explaining exactly what needed to be done to repair and shingle my very neglected and damaged roof and structure. They provided me with pictures and updates during the entire process. We have a Dutch Colonial home designed by an architect back east and complicated additional structures including detached garage, breezeway, and unique pavilion with a complicated steep pitched roof. After 20 years of a deteriorating concrete shingle roof, and a poorly done metal roofing job done by our original roofer, we decided to get a new lifetime metal roof on all our structures. We had a long wait to get the job done but it was worth it. We did not want to trust someone who claimed to do metal roofs. They are not the least expensive but if you want the job done right it is not worth cutting corners on price. It took Vertex 2 months to do our job. Their employees were courteous, and cleaned up every night. We got to know the crew and enjoyed having them around. They are professionals and they know how to do metal roofs. Don’t take a chance with roofers who say they do metal roofs. I do not hesitate to recommend them for your job no matter how small, large or complicated. They will do it right. Their salesman Craig Sorenson worked with us every step of the way and helped us with samples, ideas and metal products that helped us to get the beautiful look we wanted to compliment and enhance the look of our home.

I had contacted several companies to get quotes to redo my entire house roof after the storms demolished my porch roofing. Capstone came out the next day, and I got my estimate the following day. Another company didn't even show up for my estimate, and two other companies were about 2K more expensive than my Capstone quote. Obviously I went with Capstone. They were quick to respond to my questions, on time, quality materials, quality work, and they did a good clean-up job after. I highly recommend Capstone if you are looking for a new roof.

Noticed a wet spot on bathroom ceiling after storm the previous night.Jay came out and reattached a vent that had been dislodged from strong winds from the day before. He was up on the roof for about 10 minutes and came and told me that would solve the leaking problem. I was amazed because two other companies came and gave me estimates of 700 to 1400 dollars to fix the problem.

They were more than professional. They showed up when they said they would and did a wonderful job re-roofing our home. They also cleaned up after them selves. I would highly recommend them to my friends and famliy.

Where should I start?? Well after the last crazy rain spell we had, we started to notice some buckling on our living room ceiling. After hours of researching I decided to call Arizona Rood Rescue. Spoke with Alan, who is actually the owner and he was very helpful. We were expecting the worst but luckily just needed a few repairs in a few spots. The cost was very resonable. The workers showed up on times and were very nice and got right to work. No more leaky ceilings for us! I definitely plan on telling all my friends about Alan and his great company.
