Tyler with TSM Roofing was awesome. I had to replace my roof and was recommended to them by a family member. The guys that came to install the new roof were very nice and worked fast. I was impressed with how good everything looks and they went around my whole house and cleaned up any nails or trash from the install. Tyler took care of everything when it came to insurance and was always very quick to respond if I had questions. I would definitely recommend TSM.

I had four companies come over and give me a quote. Ernie was by far the most informative, knowledgeable and the only one who sat down, pulled out a calculator, and itemized the quote. Everyone else just pulled a price out of thin air. This whole shingle roof repair was easy and the crew did a great job, they were on time, they clean up after. I was informed the whole way through. Two weeks ago I scheduled a roof repair with American Roofing your company. I am beginning to think that was a bad choice. Today was the day someone from your company was to show up between 7AM and 4PM to complete the repairs. I called this morning and spoke to a Ashley in customer service to find out what time the roofer could possibly show up. She said they would be there between 7AM and 4PM. At 2:30 I called back because your hours are from 6AM to PM. All I got was a voice mail. No one returned my call in fact it is after 4PM and NO one has shown up or called. I would call that VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Especially because I took the day off from work to acommadate their schedule. I would rate your company zero today but there is a space for zero so I guess I must give you a ONE. Hopefully this email rating will be read by other people who like me expected PROFESSIONAL SERVICE AND FOLLOW THROUGH. Oh it's Friday so now I have to wait until Monday to see if anyone from your company actually reads these responses. Good Day

Stonecreek Roofing is the best construction company of any kind I have used in a long time. They were courteous on the initial call, showed up on time for job, left the area cleaner then when they started and were very professional but yet still treated me like family. The rates were very competitive to many other quotes I had received. I will definitely use them in the future and can confidently refer them to my mother!

As a small time landlord I prefer working with trades that have a good reputation and are recommended. That's how I found Mikku & Sons. They have provided prompt and complete services when I've called on them for my rental needs.

We recently sold our primary residence and there were a few small repairs needed on our tile roof. I called Joshua and I soon had a quote and a time frame. Even though Phoenix had experience the wettest July on record (they were swamped) they were able to fit my small job into their schedule. They got the work done within the escrow time frame and smoothed the process for everyone on our end.

Roof repair was completed as quoted. Repair was completed in a professional manner and installer was quick to identify what needed to be done and had the proper supplies and tools to complete task. Before and after pictures helped demonstrate completion of repair.

Since I was not available for final completion of repair I was unable to verify if 4 tiles that had cracks were repaired or replaced. I had discussed this during the quote process. Since there was a cement grout before the repair if that needed to be done again.

I highly recommend Phoenix Roofing! They did a great job, and our experience was very positive. Jack, the owner, is very helpful, quick to respond to any questions, very professional, friendly, courteous, and honest. One of the things I was very impressed with was the communication of every step of the job. We felt we were very well informed and updated as the job progressed. At the completion of the job, Jack sent us pictures of the roof. Again, I would highly recommend this company.

We had minor roof damage due to a microburst on January 25. We noticed some loose tiles on the roof so we called Clyde Hardacker and asked for an inspection. He came out the next day and inspected our roof. He found no problem as the tiles were from our neighbors. He did find some roof tip shingles loose so he replaced them right on the spot. The charge was minimal. He has done previous work for us, by replacing flat roof top on our patio and front door overhang. I would definitely recommend him and will use him in the future. My wife and I decided to get solar placed on our roof last year(freedom forever solar) and they wrapped a roof into the package deal. Well I can tell you right now it was the worst decision of my life. We had bad monsoon rains this year and all the water came pouring down on all sides of my chimney and when I went up to the roof to inspect it I noticed after looking at it real well that the flashing was never replaced and in fact they just painted over it white because The new shingles were white. We contacted the company and a man by the name of Jose replied back saying that he would call us back and let us know when he can have a technician out which he said he could do same day. Well we never heard from him after that and even sent him videos of the water leaking around the chimney and showed how the flashing was never replaced on the roof and still we got no response. I will definitely be reporting the solar company and this roof company to the Better Business Bureau. I take pride in everything I do I am a veteran of the US Army and I got this house through a VA loan. I’ve been trying to fix it up and sell it to provide my family a better life and now it seems as if all of that is crashing to an end. Run do not walk away from this company run as fast and as far as you can and let everyone know how disreputable they are.
