Best Roofing Flat Roof in Phoenix AZ

I emphatically like to give Scott Roofing and their employees 10+ stars for their professionalism and wonderful customer service. I highly recommend Scott Roofing. All the employees I had communications with were great...from the office staff, the salesman Brad and Eric the project manager. I have endless compliments in regard to Nick Scott. He is the most helpful, hard working, concientious young man I have had the pleasure of working with in many years. We have had roofing work done by Scott Roofing in the past and have always been pleased with their work performance and business ethics. I am very impressed with everyone at Scott Roofing and would tell others to look no further when you want good communication, customer service and outstanding craftsmanship to be done on a very important part of your home!!

Tyler was excellent. His team's work was great and timely. We encountered a couple of hiccups and Tyler went out of his way to make things right immediately. We love our new black roof. Would highly recommend TSM Roofing.

If I could give negative stars I would. I am appalled that this company is in business. My condo association chose Renco to reroof our buildings. The roof was replaced in February and when it rained the 23rd, it rained in my house in multiple places. Needless to say, there was extensive damage that the Renco rep tried to deny was their fault. Fast forawrd to now and my roof is still not completed. When I call Renco, I am told it will be done this week... 2 weeks ago. Today I was told it will be today. It really is despicable to get a run around like this especially when the leak stems from their shotty work. Do your homework prior to using Renco.

After several bids, we chose Brown Roofing. Craig and Jesse were great to work with along with the crew. We have a flat roof that didn’t get much love over the years and a few other companies suggested to foam it, just to get more money out of us. Brown Roofing said all it needed was a seal coat as it was never done before and saved us thousands!

This is the type of company I give my money too. Honesty, professional and easy to work with

I will recommend Ky-Ko Roofing to Everyone. It was such a pleasure dealing with your Company, From the Salesman that did the Initial Inspection and Sale. To the Financing company that helped me. plus the Installers that worked through a very hot and Humid conditions and did an awesome job . They all were very Professional and Pleasant . They arrived when they said they would and completed the Job on time and without any hassles. I am extremely pleased with the work and their Product.

My experience with this company has been horrendous. The left hand doesn’t know what the right hand is doing. To name some issues, tiles aren’t in line, they placed the replacement tiles that are a complete different color where we have to see them rather than under the solar system, I needed an itemized bill for damage from our solar company that they are covering and everyone I spoke with about it said it was something I would get however when I didn’t receive it, I asked to speak to a superior and was unfortunately connected to Shane. He wanted to do nothing but argue and raise his voice to me. When I asked repeatedly to speak with someone else to avoid the unprofessional conduct he told me over and over that he “is the end of the line and it stops with him”. At the end of the abusive call he stated he would have Scott send over what was already promised previously and hung up on me. No surprise after that encounter that I haven’t received it and have been ghosted when trying to follow up.

We are extremely happy with Stonecreek Roofing!!! A recent bad storm brought water raining in through the can lights above our entry foyer! Jerry was great during the quote process, but i can't say enough about Sarah, the project manager, so terrific and caring, she's a real gem. Kind, patient, and very knowledgeable, she guided us through a very difficult roofing project with steep pitches, 6 dormers, 3 fireplaces, numerous valleys, many vents and specialty appointments, and a large flat roof as well. Their crew treated our home with respect and thoroughly cleaned up daily. We couldn't be happier!

We recently purchased 2 new properties and both of the house roofing needed a replacement. Thankfully, Mikku and Sons were with our family who always took care of maintaining our roofs especially in our main house. We did not have any problems because their expertise is proven and tested. They gave accurate estimates for the service that they will conduct to our other properties and after all the installation of new roofing, me and my husband are fully satisfied with their great service. I highly recommend Almeida Roofing. Our roof was damaged by the moonsoon season. They gave a desirable bid, job was scheduled pomptly and they were always on time. Professional staff and really good product! They replaced all of the rotten wood and installed new quality shingles and our roof looks great! Great company to work with!

This was a Fantastic experience from start to finish. We had several roofing companies come out to give us estimates and tried to talk us into their more expensive products and time frames were 9-12 weeks. We got in touch with Castiler Roofing and spoke with Alex who pulled satellite as we were on the phone and was able to look at our patio roof and give me a real time quote on the phone. He let me know they could have this done in one day and that it would be a week out and he would call me. He followed up with pictures of a similar home/job they did and called me the day he said he would to tell me that his guys would be out the next day. Yonathan and his crew showed up, got their materials, and got everything done. They were unbelievably professional and explained what they were doing, made recommendations for what really needed to be done and worked the entire day getting everything done. It was a GREAT job, exactly what we needed, and the guys cleaned everything before they left. Alex and Yonathan were both very knowledgeable, professional, and did exactly what they said they were going to do. They really listened to what I was asking them for and delivered. The next day after working with Alex was amazing getting our roof inspection report and invoices. I would recommend this company hands down and plan on working with them in the future.

Excellent service and work done on my house

They blocked my driveway with there trailer for a week. There was a rain delay on there ability to roof so they left there trailer in my driveway for 5 days, moving it on the 5th day. I had a vehical parked on the side of there trailer because I could not access my driveway. While they were roofing they damaged that vehicals paint. Then they blamed it on the weather and will not take responsibility. In addition the rain rails/flashing they removed were bent from the removal process and they refused them. It looks terrible and it will probably leak. I do not recommend this company.

In response to the comment below: If you are the owner or one of them, I suggest you speak with James. He is aware of the issues I have had and he said he spoke with the owner and the owner was not interested in the damage to my vehicle. And if you are the owner I suggest you contact me and I will show you the security footage of shingles hitting my vehical. I will also so you the securaty footage of me singing the check. We highly recommend Reimagine Roofing. They were one of a few companies willing to do a more complex roof, a clay 100% boosted roof. We called quite a few companies prior and many wanted to talk us out of it because they didn’t want to do the extra labor. That was not the case with Reimagine Roofing. They were more than happy to take on the challenge and they absolutely did! We felt Eric and his team were friendly and cared about the things that were important to us. Especially Eric, he was there every step of the way and always kept us in the loop. His team removed our old roof in a timely manner and the job got done in the time frame they allotted. The best part is, our roof turned out better then we could’ve imagined! We absolutely love it! They did an amazing job! If you get a chance, use this company it’s worth it!

5 Stars for Geo Roofing in Phoenix! I was particularly impressed with their attention to detail. They took the time to thoroughly inspect my roof and provided me with a comprehensive report of the damage, along with a detailed estimate of the repairs needed. They didn't try to upsell me on unnecessary services or products, and were transparent about the costs and timeline for the project.

Pete was on time and took the time to explain how our roofing would go. We’ve been a little hesitant, not sure who we could depend on. He came through with flying colors. Roof was completed on time and looks great!!!

The Workers were amazing. They finished this large two story Roofing installation in 5 days. The workers were always on time and cleaned up each day. The Price charged beat all the bidders. 30 year warranty with 15 year workmanship could not be matched. If you need a new roof, call them for a free inspection and estimate. You will be glad you did.
