Scott Roofing is professional all the way, from the estimators to the final inspection--great to work with, office staff is very responsive, workers are fast, clean and efficient. Only issue might be that their estimate may come in higher than your Insurance coverage, due in part to using high quality materials--you get what you pay for! A week after installation, we had the 9th rainiest day in Phoenix history, and we're totally dry inside...nice work!

We bought our retirement house in Suncity AZ. We currently live in Washington State for a few more years. We contacted TSM roofing because of their awesome reviews. We were not disappointed at all. We called and spoke with Courtney as we wanted a complete tear off and new roof installed. They immediately went out and Sheldon called me with a complete price for the job, which was $3,000 less than another company. They scheduled the job and kept us updated from start to finish. The complete job was done for the exact price as quoted and all in one day. We want to thank TSM roofing for the professionalism, work and keeping us up to date through the process. If we could give 10 stars we would. I will definitely use in the future if needed. Thank you again.

This roofing service company did a wonderful job in re-roofing the damaged areas of my house. They spared time for proper inspection and answered my various questions before getting on with the work. The team was thoroughly professional & always reached on time. The clean up done by them was also appreciated.

I have needed a roof on my shop for years, it filled up with water every time it rained. I didn't have the money to replace it but couldn't go any longer with it the way it was. I used Castile Roofing because they we the cheapest contractor I could find. Being they were cheaper than everyone else I expected a half way decent job but I never expected them to perform the way they did. Fantastic job guys! you were on schedule and it looks awesome! I highly recommend Phoenix Roofing! They did a great job, and our experience was very positive. Jack, the owner, is very helpful, quick to respond to any questions, very professional, friendly, courteous, and honest. One of the things I was very impressed with was the communication of every step of the job. We felt we were very well informed and updated as the job progressed. At the completion of the job, Jack sent us pictures of the roof. Again, I would highly recommend this company.

Matt Glover was a joy to work with! There was no pressure from him to replace my roof, but simply laid out all the details about the procedure, including working with my insurance company. The crew was on time, respectful of my property, and finished the job, complete with cleanup, in just over 8 hours. The roof looks great! Matt was a pleasure to get to know and fun to talk with, and very responsive. I highly recommend this company for any roofing needs.

We have used Star Roofing on at least 5 homes and now on our own. They are busy but they are worth the wait. Call them and make an appointment. You will be glad you did.

Replaced the roof .. first took off the old, creating the new on-site to fit, and cleared out all the debris. Project lead was friendly and professional. It seemed like everyone worked well together. Warranty their work (they were unsure about the skylight, and there was a leak the first rain, but they came right out and fixed it. No issues since.)

Precision Roofing was recommended to us by a friend, and we are so glad we chose them for our roofing project. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE -

We had Capstone Roofing come give an estimate and set up an appointment a week later for the roof to be repaired.

The repair specialist did the repair and said that he would make sure to perform a quality test on the roof and we agreed that would be ideal to insure the repair was sufficient. That was in early April. The test of the roof was never performed.

In addition to that miscommunication we just received a threatening notice that our payment was overdue - even though this final test has not been completed and the repair was only done two weeks ago - so payment is technically not even due for two more weeks.

The person I spoke with was totally unprofessional and not at all empathetic that we are in the middle of a global pandemic and that we will be sure to make payment when it is due in two weeks - they are completely tone deaf and not at all concerned for the customer!!

The way this was handled in all ways was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and I definitely would not recommend this service.
