Thanks to a pre inspection by Lyons during escrow, there were no surprises. The inspector and I were on the roof and I could see what needed to be done. After close and of course a patched leak by the previous owner started to leak again. I was put on their list and within days their men were there to put on a new foam roof. The tile portion was deemed to be fine by the inspector. If or more realistically when I have an issue with the tile portion I will definitely call them. During the foam process all of their employees were professional, kept me informed, 2 new pieces of plywood (flaking, and rotted), and new insulation in that area (insulation saturated with water) were required to do the job properly. The previous owners did a lip stick job with a handyman rather than a qualified roofing company. A slight design flaw was also discovered and corrected while I was renovating the kitchen. I could see a small ray of light. Their project inspector fixed that as well Thank you Lyons, my roof is now sound and water tight and thanks to your pre inspection while in escrow, there were no surprises....I definitely recommend Lyons Roofing.

Thank you to Jack and Luis! I called because I needed some cracked tiles and exposed nails looked at for the sale of my home. We were in a time crunch due to the closing date. Jack and Luis were able to get the entire roof done in ONE DAY the day after I called seeking help! Excellent service, over the top fair pricing and pictures before and after the work is done so you truly know what they are doing. I cannot give Phoenix Roofing and Remodeling a high enough rating. I have a large home in the Rio Verde area and after hard rains we discovered that we had a significant leak in the roof tiles on the back side of our home. We contact Geo Roofing and they came our right away and fixed the leak that same day. Not only did they fix this leak but they also carefully inspected the rest of our roof and repaired several other areas that also needed attention.
We found them to be polite, professional. efficient and reasonably priced. We were very pleased with the job that they did and we will be very comfortable referring them to family and friends.

I initially dismissed Capstone judgment based on other company's incorrect assessment. I'm disappointed that the highly rated other contractor was wrong. He said that my leak was due to a small error and that he fixed it. But that was not the case as evidenced by current moisture and leaking. I'm glad that capstone roofing was honest and didn't try to give minimal/no treatment, possibly in pursuit of ranking and social media placement.

Sky-Superior Roofing just completed a full roof renewal and I could not be more pleased.
Their bid was very competitive and I paid the amount agreed upon on completion. There were no surprises.
I've seen several crews of workers for various jobs over the 30+ years we've lived here. Sky Superior's crew was by far the hardest working crew I've ever seen. They take real pride in their work.
Another plus was that they sent a crew of seven to do the job so the work was not only done well, it was done efficiently.
When they were finished, they cleaned everything up and were focused on getting every last bit of debris.
I'm not one who writes glowing reviews unless I am really pleased with the project.
I am very pleased and would recommend them to anyone wanting quality work at a fair price.
