I found TSM Roofing by way of some google research and true to form, the reviews couldn't have been more on point about the company's professionalism and quality of work. Before we moved into our home we knew our patio roof needed to be replaced so, I contacted TSM for a quote. Out of the 5-10 different companies I tried to reach in the NW Phoenix area, TSM was the only one to return my inquiry request and phone call. One company, who we had set up an appointment for an inspection/quote, didn't even bother to show up for the inspection and never bothered to call us to reschedule or explain why. In hindsight, I'm glad that it worked out that way because I couldn't be happier with my experience working with TSM and of course, the work they did on our roof. I was also visited by Sheldon, I believe one of the owners, who came out to speak with me in person about some of the challenges they were having with the job. He showed great care for his customers, his crew, and getting the job done right. For all these reasons, we'll be loyal customers of TSM's for as long as we're living in this area. The Sales person told repairman wrong materials for repair this past Monday. Roofer said he'd call & would back Monday pm or today Tuesday with correct materials. Did not call or show up. Has ignored my text & phone call. Remodel of upstairs bathroom on hold until roof repaired. Waited over a month to get a date for repairs & salesman ignored my request for a date. They have a contract with our Association & obligated to use them. Have recommended to Association that they find another Roofer. I could overlook the delays if they had the decency & professionalism to return my calld.

attempted to charge for work not done.then charged 100.00 dollars for gluing 2 tiles on roof that my son could have done if given the option.this was all done without an estimate or option given . invoice received about 4 months after work done.

Almeida roofing was recommended by a neighbor and his recommendation was a good one. I bid the job out and Almeida was the most attractive bid. They replaced the underlayment on our tile roof. They scheduled the job promptly and followed the outlined schedule to the letter. All elements of the job were performed on a timely and professional basis. I recently had my tile roof reroofed by Hardacker roofing. The owner Clyde came out to provide the estimate and spent time on top of my roof reviewing the condition. I had several companies come out to provide me estimates and the ones who never walked on my roof were not even considered. Clyde was on time and very professional. He provided me with a lot of information about the condition of my roof and options to consider. His estimate was emailed to me in a couple days and was very competitive. I decided to hire Hardacker after talking to Clyde's wife Bonnie who was very helpful over the phone when I had questions about new roof tiles. Bonnie was very flexible with the scheduling and accommodated the dates I requested. The roofers were on time and worked very full days to complete my job on time. I work from home and watched the progress and was very happy with work being performed. Quality seemed to be the focus on the work done. If I had a question the workers were helpful and provided whatever information I requested. When the Job was complete Clyde came out to meet with me and discuss the job. I was very satisfied with the job performed and my roof looks great. I would recommend Hardacker Roofing to anyone.

Owners are honest and easy to communicate with. Employees worked all day every day and were always on time and courteous. The job site was cleaned up at the end of each day and I was then informed of the work to be completed the following day. I received everything that was contracted for and then some. Excellent roofing company, best in the valley!

Reimagine roofing started two weeks after I signed the contract. Other roofing companies had three and four month delays. They use synthetic underlayment which is the latest in roofing technology. They completed the job in four days and came back a week later to complete the “punch list”. They let me know what was happening each step of the way. I am very satisfied with their work.
