Best Commercial Roof System in Phoenix AZ

Have used them twice. Maybe a bit more financially, but I feel they do provide an amazing level of service and high quality workmanship.

Craig and his team are top notch! I searched for a while before deciding on a company to do my roof. I had 4 estimates, and Craig was not only the most reasonable, but was offering to do the most work with the best warranty. His team was efficient and did a great job with cleanup. I couldn’t be happier with this company, I will be sure to recommend them!

We recently purchased 2 new properties and both of the house roofing needed a replacement. Thankfully, Mikku and Sons were with our family who always took care of maintaining our roofs especially in our main house. We did not have any problems because their expertise is proven and tested. They gave accurate estimates for the service that they will conduct to our other properties and after all the installation of new roofing, me and my husband are fully satisfied with their great service. For those who need their service, I would love to recommend them

William did an excellent job at my house! He knew exactly what I was asking for. Before he started working they knocked on my door let me know! Once they were done did the same! No mess nothing, it’s like they weren’t even there! I definitely recommend him he’s great!

This company was an advocate for me and my savings they went above and beyond to try and help me get the most I could from a bad situation with my roof. Not only did they help talk to my insurance company but also relayed all the information to me properly and without delay. The installation was clean and quick and they did not hound or inconvenience me at all during the installation or set up. Would recommend 10/10

Great, friendly professional service. They re-roofed my tile roof and back patio cover. They were able to save me a ton of money by reusing the majority of my old tiles then they matched in new tiles where needed. Everything under the tiles was all new materials. I had gotten a few other quotes from other roofers and they were so much more expensive and they didn't provide me with such a great cost saving solution. What a fabulous company.

Completed a project on-time and without issues. Easy to work with and very responsive to needs. Coordinated with a HVAC vendor for the upgrade of the roof top units seamlessly.

I cant say enough good things about Vertex Roofing. When I requested an estimate they promptly replied and scheduled. When the workers arrived and were curtious and left the area cleaner than they got there. The finished work looks amaizing.

The Precision team did fantastic work replacing my roof. They were very responsive throughout the entire process. During the work there were deficiencies identified outside of the scope of work and they went ahead and took care of those issues without additional charges. Work started on Monday after signing the contract and was completed in 7 working days which was one day ahead of schedule. In summary I am grateful for the high quality work recieved and would reccomend this team to anyone looking for roofing work at their residence/business.

Alex Griffin and the team of experienced roofers he has behind him are top notch. I spoke to three different roofing companies prior to making my decision to move forward with him. He was always timely and fast to get me responses. I would highly recommend using him for all of your roofing and construction needs.

I have sent multiple clients to Kody! Always received exceptional service! Not only do I receive exceptional service he explains why everything needs to be done in that manner. When someone explains why they have to do it a certain way it goes a long ways in trusting someone and for this is the only roofing company I would recommend!

These guys damaged The drywall inside my house and I have still not heard back from them about fixing it. They were contracted by Tesla to do this. They also left tear down debris like roofing nails that my son could step on in my yard.

I really never write reviews unless I'm really happy or really mad about customer service and work quality. I am building a custom home and have worked with every trade in the process and I can tell you Rick Thomas and Thomas Roofing was the best to work with by far. He always answers the phone, has good pricing, his crew is timely and does great work. There were some items that needed addressed from other trades that he was able to provide solutions for to move the process along. Highest recommended and will continue to use him on all my projects.
